S.O. 6059(E).—In the exercise of power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the Railway Act 1989
(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in
the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), number S.O. 5440(E), dated the
25th October, 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the
26th October, 2018, namely:-
