S.O. 1119(E).—In the Notification No. 01/2012 (N.T.), dated 9-4-2012 of this office, following amend-
ment are made, namely :—
(1) In para 18, the words and phrases “Now this Notification is issued for extending the custodianship
of M/s. CWC which is valid for further five years upto 18-2-2016.” may be read as “Now this
Notification is issued for extending the custodianship of M/s. CWC upto 18-2-2016, or until further
orders, whichever is earlier.”
(2) In Para 20(I), the words and phrases “The outsourcing of handling work in the yard by the
Custodian through the Strategic Alliance Partnership company shall be limited to” may be read as
“The outsourcing of handling work in the yard by the Custodian through the Strategic Alliance
Partnership company shall be limited to the functions such as :”.
2. All other provisions of the Notification No. 01/2012 (N.T.) dated 9-4-2012 remain unchanged.
3. This Notification is issued with immediate effect.
