G.S.R. 504(E).— In the Notification of Reserve Bank of India, Foreign Exchange Department, No. FEMA
11R/2015-RB, dated December 29, 2015 bearing G.S.R. 1006E and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) (hereinafter referred as Gazette Notification):-
(2)(cid:32) under Regulation 4 of the Gazette Notification in Hindi and English version, in first line, for “clause (iv) of
Regulation 3” read “clause (iii) of Regulation 3”.
2. The other contents of the Gazette Notification shall remain unchanged.
