(1) at page 7, line 16, the words and figures " Regulation 6.4.2(c)" shall be read as "Regulations 6.4.2(b)".
(2) at page 7, line 33, the words and figures “Regulation 6.5.3.19” shall be read as "Regulation 6.5.19 " .
