Department of Economic Affairs No. 4(19)-B(W&M)/2019 dated the March 30, 2020, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part-I, Section-1, vide number CG-DL-E-26032020-218931, dated the March 26, 2020: -
(i) At Page 4, Para 3 of the Notification No. CG-DL-E-26032020-218931 for:
‘The special securities will be issued in the form of "Stock" to be held at credit of the investing Company’s Subsidiary
