New Delhi, the 11th December, 2019
F.No. 10/41/2018-PM (Part-2).—In the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance,
Department of Financial Services, No. 11/14/2013-PR, dated the 2nd March, 2015, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1 dated the 2nd March, 2015, the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendments, namely:—
In the said notification, in the table, in column 2, under the heading “INVESTMENT PATTERN” against
category (ii), after clause (f), the following clause shall be inserted namely:-
“(g) Units of Debt Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) regulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India and
managed by an asset management company appointed as per an agreement with Government of India, specifically
