F. No. 18/14/2013-FSDC.—The Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the
notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, F. No. 14/33/2010-
EM, dated 30th December, 2010 as amended vide notifications of F. No. 18/14/2013-FSDC, dated 6th August, 2013,
F. No. 18/14/2013-FSDC, dated 5th December, 2013, F. No. 18/14/2013-FSDC, dated 18th September, 2017,
F. No. 18/14/2013-FSDC, dated 23rd May, 2018 and F. No. 18/14/2013-FSDC, dated 24th August, 2020.
In the said notification, for para 2 (c), the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“The Division-Head, in-charge of the Financial Stability and Cyber Security Division, Ministry of Finance,
Department of Economic Affairs, will be the Secretary of the Council.”
