paragraph 5 of the Employees’ Provident Fund Scheme 1952, hereinafter referred to as “Scheme”, the
Regional Committee (EPF) for the state of West Bengal was reconstituted by the Chairman, Central Board of
Trustees, (Employees’ Provident Fund) vide EPF Organisation, Head Office, New Delhi notification nos.
Conf. 5(23)2008/WB/29126 dated 18.03.2013 and Conf. 5(23)2008/WB/10067 dated 01.11.2013 published
under issue no. 91 and 25 Part III Section 4 in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) on 01.04.2013 and
23.01.2014 respectively.
2. In the existing Regional Committee, (EPF) for the State of West Bengal, the Chairman CBT(EPF)
has appointed Shri Prashant Nandi Chowdhary, Secretary, Central Industrial Trade Union (CITU) West
Bengal Committee, 53, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata -700 016 as member (employees’ representative) in place of
late Shri Kali Ghosh, Genl. Secretary, C.I.T.U., W.B. Committee, 53, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata -700 016.
3. Accordingly, in the said notification under the category of member for employees’ representative
