No. 23/18/2017-R&R.—In this Ministry’s Resolution F.No. 23/1/2004-R&R, dated the 25th May, 2005 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, section 1, dated the 25th May, 2005 establishing the Southern Regional Power Committee (SRPC) in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (55) of section 2 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), as amended, the following amendment is hereby made; namely:- In the said Resolution, in paragraph 3, in the opening portion, for the words “comprising the States of Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and the Union Territory of Puducherry”, the words “comprising the States of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and the Union Territory of Puducherry” shall be substituted.
