S.O.(E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992 and paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the provision in Para 3 of Notification no. 20/2015-20 dated 24.08.2021 read with Notification No. 23/2015-20 dated 03.09.2021, Notification No. 25/2015-20 dated 13.09.2021 and Notification No. 32/2015-2020 dated 25.09.2021 as under: The following (1) port is included in addition to the existing (7) ports as stated in the Notifications mentioned above — i. Ranaghat Railway Station (INRNG2) 2 All other conditions as mandated under Notification No. 20/2015-20 dated 24.08.2021 read with Notification No. 23/2015-20 dated 03.09.2021, Notification No. 25/2015-20 dated 13.09.2021 and Notification No. 32/2015-2020 dated 25.09.2021 shall continue to apply. Effect of the Notification: The port of Ranaghat Railway Station (INRNG2) has been additionally included for allowing imports under Notification No. 20/2015-20 dated 24.08.2021.
