**Purpose:** This notification amends the import policy for HS Code 05040039, specifically concerning "Guts, bladders and stomachs of animals (other than fish), whole and pieces thereof, fresh, chilled, frozen, salted, in brine, dried or smoked."
**Amendment:** A new policy condition (Condition 6) is added to Chapter 05 of the ITC HS, 2017, Schedule I Import Policy.

S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and
2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby
incorporates new policy condition 6 under Chapter 05 of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule — I (Import Policy).
