No. 214, Commercial Taxes and Registration (J1), 28th March 2024, பங்குனி 15, ச�ோபகிருது, Order No. 11, Home (Police-XIX),15th March 2024 திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2055.] WHEREAS, complaints have been received from No. II(2)/CTR/328/2024.— In exercise of the powers a number of depositors that Messers SVR Venkatram conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 9 Chettiyar Thanga Maligai Jewellers, Dharapuram, Tiruppur of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), District, a financial establishment, has defaulted the the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby provides for the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity; payment of the consolidated stamp duty of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Lakh Only) chargeable AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that under the said Act in respect of issue of insurance the said financial establishment is not likely to return the policies by the Life Insurance Corporation of India, deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government NB Department, Divisional Office, Tirunelveli for the have to protect the interests of such depositors; period from 01.01.2024 to 31.03.2024.
