Under the first proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes
Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby withdraws from acquisition of land/lands
specified in the Schedule below in respect of which notice under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act published
vide Commissioner of Land Administration, Chepauk, Chennai–600 005, Notification No.VI(1)/532(b-4)/2022 at page 14
Part VI—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 24th November 2022 and the actual
possession of land was not taken by, or on behalf of, the Government.
