Divyasree NSL Infrastructure Private Limited had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services (IT/ITES) at Raidurga Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State of Telangana (erstwhile Andhra Pradesh); And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, notified an area of 10.52 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notifications Number S.O. 781(E) dated 18th May, 2007; AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Divyasree NSL Infrastructure Private Limited has now proposed for include addition area of 1.36 hectares area as a part of above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal approved and conveyed it on 17 June, 2020; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 1.36 hectares, as a part of above Special Economic Zone, thereby making the total area of the Special Economic Zone as 11.88 hectares, comprising the survey number and the area given below in the table, namely: - TABLE FOR ADDITIONAL AREA Sl.
