Subject : Initiation of Anti-dumping Duty investigation concerning import of “Plain medium density
Fibre Board having thickness of 6 mm and above” originating in or exported from Indonesia
and Vietnam.
F. No. 14/23/2014-DGAD.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended in 1995
(hereinafter referred to as the Act) and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-
Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, thereof, the Designated
Authority issued a Notification No.14/23/2014-DGAD dated 7.5.2015 initiating an antidumping investigation
into the existence and degree of alleged dumping of “Plain medium density Fibre Board having thickness of
6 mm and above” originating in or exported from Indonesia and Vietnam and its effect on the domestic
industry.
The following corrections are hereby incorporated in para 15 of the said Notification.
“The first sentence of para 15 of the Notification shall read as “The period of investigation in the
present investigation is from 1st October, 2013 to 30th September, 2014 (12 months).”
