**Summary:**

Online complaints filed via She-Box are directly sent to Deepak Barnwal, Under Secretary.
Copies of this order have been distributed to the Chairperson and all members of the ICC, the Secretary RTH, JS Estt., all officers and staff members of the Ministry (including contractual/outsourced personnel), and the NIC for uploading to the official website and e-office portal.
