The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has been instructed to facilitate Unified Payments Interface (UPI) integration for all banks and ATM networks. Existing instructions regarding Turn Around Time (TAT) and customer compensation for failed transactions remain applicable. This directive is issued under Section 10(2) read with Section 18 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 (Act 51 of 2007). Contact P.
