(1)2 Terms of office: The Member shall hold office for a term not exceeding five years from the date on which he/she enters upon his/her office, or until they attain the age of Sixty five years, whichever is earlier and shall not be eligible for re-appointment. Salary and allowances payable and other terms and conditions of service: i. As prescribed in Rule 36 of the Karnataka Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 of the Karnataka State. ii. The other allowances and conditions of service of Member shall be such as may be determined by the appropriate Government from time to time.
