सा.का.जन.140(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, सिक्का जनमायण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की
उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथायत्:-
1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.— (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम सिक्का जनमायण (कमयचारी राज्य बीमा जनगम का 75 िााँ
स्ट्थापना ददिस के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्का िारी करना) जनयम, 2026 ह।ै
(2) ये रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।
2. सिक्के का मल्ू यिग.य— कमयचारी राज्य बीमा जनगम का 75 िें स्ट्थापना ददिस के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनाने हते ु
केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करन े के जलए टकसाल में पचहत्तर रुपय े मल्ू य िगय का सिक्का ढाला िाएगा।
3. सिक्के की जिमाएं और सरं चना.— जनयम 2 में उजल्लजखत मूल्य िगय का सिक्का, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के
अनुरूप होगा, अथायत:्-

जलए जनयम 2 में जनर्ददष्ट मूल्यिगय के सिक्के का मानक ििन और ऐसे सिक्के को बनान े में अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो
इन जनयमों के साथ उपाबद्ध दसू री अनुसूची म ेंयथा जिजनर्ददष्ट ह।ै

सिक्के के इस भाग पर मध्य में अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससह स्ट्तम्भ िीष य होगा, जिसके नीचे “सत्यमेि ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्थणत
होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर देिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब्द और दाईं पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी में “INDIA” िब्द होगा। ससह
स्ट्तम्भ िीष य के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरायष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंदकत मल्ू य “75” भी होगा ।
पष्ठृ भाग:
सिक्के के इस भाग के मध्य म ें कमयचारी राज्य बीमा जनगम का प्रतीक जचन्द्ह होगा। प्रतीक जचन्द्ह के नीचे अंतराष्ट्रय ीय अंको म ें
िषय “2026” उत्कीणय होगा। सिक्के की ऊपरी पररजध पर देिनागरी जलजप में उत्कीणय लेख “75 िा ाँ स्ट्थापना ददिस” जलखा
होगा। सिक्के की जनचली पररजध पर अंग्रेिी म ेंउत्कीणय लेख “75TH FOUNDATION DAY” जलखा होगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd February, 2026
G.S.R. 140(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of
section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following
rules, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative
Coin on the occasion of 75th Foundation Day of Employees’ State Insurance Corporation) Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Denomination of coin.— The coin of Seventy Five Rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for
issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of 75th Foundation Day
of Employees’ State Insurance Corporation.
3. Dimension and composition of coin.— The denomination of the coin mentioned in rule 2 shall conform
to the following dimensions and composition, namely:-

4. Design.— The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules.
5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.— The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred to
in rule 2 to commemorate the occasion of 75th Foundation Day of Employees’ State Insurance Corporation
and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule annexed to
these rules.

SEVENTY FIVE RUPEES
OBVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “ित्यमेव
जयत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devanagari script and on the
right periphery with the word ―INDIA‖ in English. It shall also bear the rupee symbol ―₹‖ and

REVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the logo of Employees’ State Insurance Corporation at the center of the
coin. The year “2026” in international numerals shall be inscribed below the logo. On the upper periphery
of the coin, the inscription “75 वााँ स्थापना ददवि” shall be inscribed in Devanagari script. On the lower
periphery of the coin, the inscription “75TH FOUNDATION DAY” shall be inscribed in English.
