1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.— (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक्क ा जनमािण (महानायक उत्तम कुमार के िताब्िी समारोह के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्क ा िारी करना) जनयम, 2026 ह।ै

(2) य ेरािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।

2. जसक्क े का मल्ू यिग.ि — महानायक उत्तम कुमार के िताब्िी समारोह के अिसर को स्ट्मरणीय बनाने के जलए केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन एक सौ रुपये मल्ू य िगि का जसक्क ा िारी करने के जलए इसे टकसाल में ढाला िाएगा।

3. जसक्क े की जिमाएं और सरं चना.— जनयम 2 में जिजनर्ििष्ट मूल्य िग ि का जसक्क ा, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होगा, अथाित:् - 6796 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] जसक्क े का मूल्यिग ि आकृजत और बाह्य व्यास िांतेिार दकनारे की संख्या धातु संरचना

4. जडज़ाइन.— जसक्क े का जडज़ाइन िह होगा िो इन जनयमों के साथ उपाबद्ध पहली अनुसूची म ें यथा जिजनर्ििष्ट ह।ै

5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.— महानायक उत्तम कुमार के िताब्िी समारोह के अिसर को स्ट्मरणीय बनान ेके जलए जनयम 2 म ें जनर्ििष्ट मूल्य िग ि के जसक्क े का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक्क े को बनान े में अनज्ञु ात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों के साथ उपाबद्ध िसू री अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्ििष्ट ह।ै पहली अनुसूची [जनयम 4 िेखें] एक सौ रुपय े अग्र भाग:

जसक्के के इस भाग पर मध्य म ें अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीच े “सत्यमिे ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी में “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों म ेंअंदकत मूल्य “100” भी होगा। पष्टृ भाग:

जसक्क े के इस भाग के मध्य में महानायक उत्तम कुमार का जचत्र होगा। महानायक उत्तम कुमार के जचत्र की बाईं ओर जिक्टोररया मेमोररयल और हािडा सेत ुका जचत्र तथा िाईं ओर द़िल्म रील एिं सिंटेि कैमरे का जचत्र होगा। जसक्क े की ऊपरी पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “महानायक उत्तम कुमार का िताब्िी समारोह” लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा और जसक्क े की जनचली पररजध पर अंग्रेिी म ें उत्कीणि लेख “CENTENARY CELEBRATION OF MAHANAYAK UTTAM KUMAR” अंदकत होगा। जचत्र के नीचे अतं राष्ट्रि ीय अंको में िर्ि “1926 - 2026” उत्कीर्णित होगा। िसू री अनुसूची [जनयम 5 िेखें] अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक्क े का मूल्यिग ि मानक ििन संयोिन म ें मानक ििन म ें ) 1( ) 2( ) 3( ) 4( एक सौ रुपय े 40 ग्राम प्रजत 1000 म ें 999 भाग चांिी। चांिी 1/8000िें जहस्ट्स ेकी िृजद्ध या कमी, के अंि की सहनिीलता 999 और उसके अथाित् ििन 39.995 ग्राम से ऊपर होगी । 40.005 ग्राम तक हो सकता ह।ै [फा. स.ं 02/41/2026 – जसक्क ा] िूही मुखिी, संयुि सजचि[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department Of Economic Affairs)

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd September, 2026 G.S.R. 779(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of Centenary Celebration of Mahanayak Uttam Kumar) Rules, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Denomination of coin.— The coin of One Hundred Rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of Centenary Celebration of Mahanayak Uttam Kumar.

3. Dimension and composition of coin.— The denomination of the coin specified in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: - Shape and outside Denomination Number of serrations. Metal composition.

Circular Pure Silver One Hundred Rupees. 200 44 millimeters. Silver - 99.9 per cent.

4. Design.— The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules.

5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.— The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred to in rule 2 to commemorate the occasion of Centenary Celebration of Mahanayak Uttam Kumar and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule annexed to these rules.

FIRST SCHEDULE [See rule 4] ONE HUNDRED RUPEES

OBVERSE:

This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव जयते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devanagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “100” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol.

REVERSE:

This face of the coin shall bear the image of Mahanayak Uttam Kumar at the centre of the coin. The left side of the image of Mahanayak Uttam Kumar image shall bear the image of Victoria Memorial and Howrah Bridge and the right side shall bear the image of Film reel and Vintage camera. The inscription “महानायक उत्तम कुमार का शताब्दी समारोह” in Devanagari script shall be inscribed on the upper periphery of the coin and the inscription “CENTENARY CELEBRATION OF MAHANAYAK UTTAM KUMAR” in English shall be depicted on the lower periphery of the coin.
