L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-08062026-273243 CG-DxLx-xEG-I0D8H0x6x2x0 26-273243 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 404] नई दिल्ली, सोमिार, िनू 8, 2026/ज्य ष्े ठ 18, 1948 No. 404] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, JUNE 8, 2026/JYAISTHA 18, 1948 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय िजिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 8 िून, 2026 सा.का.जन. 451(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्का जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित्: - 1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ. — (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक्का जनमािण (प्रधानमंत्री सरु जित मातृत्ि अजभयान के िस िर्ि पूण ि होने के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्का िारी करना) जनयम, 2026 ह।ै (2) य ेरािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक्के का मल्ू यिग.ि — प्रधानमंत्री सुरजित मातृत्ि अजभयान के िस िर् ि पूण ि होन े के अिसर को स्ट्मरणीय बनान ेके जलए केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी दकये िाने के जलए टकसाल म ें पचहत्तर रुपये मूल्य िगि का जसक्का ढाला िाएगा । 3. जसक्के की जिमाएं और सरं चना. — जनयम 2 में जिजनर्ििष्ट मूल्य िगि का सिक्का जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनरूु प होगा ,अथाित:् - 4094 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] जसक्के का मूल्यिग ि आकृजत और बाह्य व्यास िांतेिार दकनारे की संख्या धातु संरचना (1) (2) (3) (4) जनदकल चािं ी िृत्ताकार पचहत्तर रुपये 200 तांबा – 60 प्रजतित जनदकल – 20 प्रजतित 44 जमलीमीटर िस्ट्ता – 20 प्रजतित 4. जडज़ाइन. — जसक्के का जडज़ाइन िह होगा, िो इन जनयमों के साथ उपाबद्ध पहली अनुसूची म ें यथा जिजनर्ििष्ट ह।ै 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार. — प्रधानमंत्री सुरजित मातृत्ि अजभयान के िस िर्ि पणू ि होने के अिसर को स्ट्मरणीय बनाने के जलए जनयम 2 में जनर्ििष्ट मल्ू यिग ि के जसक्के का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक्के को बनान े में अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा, िो इन जनयमों के साथ उपाबद्ध िसू री अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्िष्टि ह।ै पहली अनुसूची [जनयम 4 िेखें] पचहत्तर रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक्के के इस भाग पर मध्य म ें अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीच े “सत्यमिे ियत”े लखे उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी में “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंदकत मूल्य “75” भी होगा । पष्ठृ भाग: जसक्के के इस भाग पर जसक्के के मध्य में प्रधानमंत्री सुरजित मातृत्ि अजभयान का आजधकाररक प्रतीक जचन्द्ह होगा। जसक्के की ऊपरी पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “प्रधानमत्रं ी सरु जित मातत्ृ ि अजभयान” लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा । िासकीय प्रतीक जचन्द्ह के नीचे अतं रािष्ट्रीय अंकों म ेंिर्ि "2026" उत्कीर्णित होगा । िसू री अनुसूची [जनयम 5 िेखें] धातु संरचना अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक्के का मूल्यिग ि मानक ििन धातु संरचना म ें मानक ििन म ें (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) तांबे, जनदकल और िस्ट्त े के जलए 1/40िें जहस्ट्से की िृजद्ध 1/100िें जहस्ट्से की िृजद्ध या कमी, या कमी, अथाित ् ििन अथाित् तांबे का अंि 59 प्रजतित से पचहत्तर रुपय े जनदकल चांिी 32 ग्राम 31.2 ग्राम स े 32.8 61 प्रजतित तथा िस्ट्ता और जनदकल ग्राम तक हो सकेगा। का अंि 19 प्रजतित से 21 प्रजतित तक हो सकेगा। [फा. सं. 02/28/2026 - सिक्का] अजमत ससंगला, संयुक् त सजचि[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th June, 2026 G.S.R. 451(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of commemorative coin on the occasion of completion of ten years of Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyaan) Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin.— The coin of Seventy-Five Rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of completion of ten years of Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyaan. 3. Dimension and composition of coin.— The denomination of the coin specified in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and compositions, namely: - Denomination Shape and outside Number of Metal composition of the coin diameter serrations (1) (2) (3) (4) Nickel Silver Circular Copper-60 per cent. Seventy-Five Rupees 200 44 millimeters Nickel-20 per cent. Zinc-20 per cent. 4. Design.— The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.— The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred to in rule 2 to commemorate the occasion of completion of ten years of Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyaan and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule annexed to these rules. FIRST SCHEDULE [See rule 4] SEVENTY FIVE RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of the Ashoka Pillar at the centre with the legend “सत्यमिे ियत े”inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत ”in Devanagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “75” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the official logo of Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyan at the centre of the coin. The inscription “प्रधानमत्रं ी सरु जित मातत्ृ ि अजभयान” in Devanagari script shall be inscribed on the upper periphery of the coin.
