उपिारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त शक्तियो ंका प्रयोग करते हुए, दनम्नदिक्तखत दनयम बनाती है, अर्ाात्:-
1. संविप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.— (1) इन दनयमो ं का संदिप्त नाम दसक्का दनमााण (डरेद ंग कॉपोरेशन ऑफ इंदडया
दिदमटेड की स्वणा यंती के अवसर पर स्मारक दसक्का ारी करना) दनयम, 2026 है।
(2) ये रा पत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगं े।
2. वसक्के का मूल्यिगि.— डरेद ंग कॉपोरेशन ऑफ इंदडया दिदमटेड के स्वणा यंती के अवसर को स्मरणीय बनाने के
दिए कें द्रीय सरकार के प्रादिकार के अिीन पचास रुपये मूल्य वगा का दसक्का ारी करने के दिए इसे टकसाि में ढािा

होगा, उसकी बाईं पररदि पर िेवनागरी दिदप में “भारत” शब्द और िाई ं पररदि पर अंग्रे ी में “INDIA” शब्द होगा।
दसंह स्तम्भ शीर्ा के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरााष्टरीय अंको ंमें अंदकत मूल्य “50” भी होगा ।

दसक्के के इस भाग में दसक्के के मध्य में एक डरे र ियान का दचत्र होगा । दसक्के की ऊपरी पररदि पर िेवनागरी दिदप
में उत्कीणा िेख “िरेवजंग कॉपोरेशन ऑफ इंविया वल.” दिखा होगा और इसके नीचे िेवनागरी दिदप में “स्वर्ि जयंती”
और अंग्रे ी में “GOLDEN JUBILEE” दिखा होगा। दसक्के की दनचिी पररदि पर अंग्रे ी में उत्कीणा िेख

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th May, 2026
G.S.R. 409(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of
the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the
occasion of Golden Jubilee of Dredging Corporation of India Limited) Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Denomination of coin.— The coin of Fifty Rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the
authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of Golden Jubilee of Dredging Corporation of India
Limited.
3. Dimension and composition of coin.— The denomination of the coin specified in rule 2 shall conform to the
following dimensions and composition, namely: -

4. Design.— The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules.

commemorate the occasion of Golden Jubilee of Dredging Corporation of India Limited and the remedy allowed in

OBVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमवे ियत”े inscribed
below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devanagari script and on the right periphery with the word
“INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “50” in the international numerals
below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the image of a dredger vessel in the centre of the coin. The inscription “ड्रेजिंग कॉपोरेिन
ऑफ इंजडया जल.” in Devanagari script shall be inscribed on the upper periphery of the coin and below it, “स्ट्वण णियतं ी” in
Devanagari script and “GOLDEN JUBILEE” in English shall be inscribed. The inscription “DREDGING
CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD.” in English shall be inscribed on the lower periphery of the coin. The year “1976
- 2026” in international numerals shall be inscribed below the image of dredger vessel. On both sides of the image of
dredger vessel, there shall be an image of anchor.
