सा.का.वन. 125(अ).— के न्द्रीय सरकार, दसक्का दनर्ााण अदिदनयर्, 2011 (2011 का 11) की िारा 24 की
उपिारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त शक्तियो ंका प्रयोग करते हुए, दनम्नदिक्तखत दनयर् बनाती है, अर्ाात्:-
1. संविप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ. — (1) इन दनयर्ो ंका संदिप्त नार् दसक्का दनर्ााण (सेवा तीर्ा के उि्घाटन के अवसर
पर स्मारक दसक्का जारी करना) दनयर्, 2026 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र र्ें इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगं े।
2. वसक्के का मूल्यिगि. — सेवा तीर्ा के उि्घाटन के अवसर को स्मरणीय बनाने के दिए कें द्रीय सरकार के प्रादिकार
के अिीन जारी दकये जाने के दिए टकसाि र्ें एक सौ रुपये र्ूल्य वगा का दसक्का ढािा जाएगा ।

होगा, उसकी बाईं पररदि पर िेवनागरी दिदप र्ें “भारत” शब्द और िाईं पररदि पर अंग्रेजी र्ें “INDIA” शब्द होगा।
दसंह स्तम्भ शीर्ा के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरााष्टरीय अंको ंर्ें अंदकत र्ूल्य “100” भी होगा ।
पृष्ठ भाग:
दसक्के के इस भाग के र्ध्य र्ें सेवा तीर्ा भवन का दचत्र होगा। भवन के दचत्र के ऊपर िेवनागरी दिदप र्ें "सेिा तीथि"
और अंग्रेजी र्ें "SEVA TEERTH" दिखा होगा और भवन के दचत्र के नीचे एक कर्ि के फू ि का दचत्र बना होगा।
दसक्के की दनचिी पररदि पर िेवनागरी दिदप र्ें “नागररकदेिो भि” और अंग्रेजी र्ें “NAGRIKDEVO BHAVA” िेख

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th February, 2026
G.S.R. 125(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of
the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of commemorative coin on the
occasion of inauguration of Seva Teerth) Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Denomination of coin.— The coin of One Hundred Rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under
the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of inauguration of Seva Teerth.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]
3. Dimension and composition of coin.— The denomination of the coin mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the
following dimensions and compositions, namely: -

4. Design.— The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules.
5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.— The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred to in rule 2 to
commemorate the occasion of inauguration of Seva Teerth and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as
specified in the Second Schedule annexed to these rules.

ONE HUNDRED RUPEES
OBVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of the Ashoka Pillar at the centre with the legend “सत्यमवे ियत े”inscribed
below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत ”in Devanagari script and on the right periphery with the word
“INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “100” in the international
numerals below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the image of Seva Teerth building at the centre of the coin. The inscription “सवे ा तीर्”थ in
Devanagari script and “SEVA TEERTH” shall be inscribed above the image of building in English and one lotus
flower image shall be inscribed below the image of building. The inscription “नागररकिेवो भव” in Devanagari script and
“NAGRIKDEVO BHAVA” in English shall be depicted on the lower periphery of the coin. The year ‘2026’ shall be
inscribed on the upper periphery of the coin and twelve dots shall be inscribed on both sides of the
year 2026.
