(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, सिक्का जनमायण अजधजनयम का की धारा की उपधारा ( के खंड (घ) और खंड (ङ) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अिायत्:-

1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.— इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक्का जनमायण (परम पूज्य श्रीमि सुधीन्द्र तीि य स्ट्िामी िी की िन्द्म िताब्िी के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक सिक्का िारी करना) जनयम ह।ै य ेरािपत्र म ें इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।

2. सिक्के का मल्ू यिग.य — परम पूज्य श्रीमि सुधीन्द्र तीिय स्ट्िामी िी की िन्द्म िताब्िी के अिसर को स्ट्मरणीय बनाने के जलए केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन एक सौ रुपय े मल्ू य िग य का सिक्का िारी करने के जलए इस े टकसाल म ें ढाला िाएगा।

3. सिक्के की जिमाए ं और सरं चना.— जनयम म ें जिजनर्दिष्ट मल्ू य िग य का सिक्का, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होगा, अिायत:्- GI/202THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC i)] जसक्के का मूल्यिगय आकृजत और बाह्य व्यास िांतेिार दकनारे की संख्या धात ु संरचना िृत्ताकार िद्धु चािं ी एक सौ रुपय े जमलीमीटर चांिी – 99.9 प्रजतित

4. जडज़ाइन.— सिक्के का जडज़ाइन िह होगा िो इन जनयमों के साि उपाबद्ध पहली अनुसूची म ेंयिा जिजनर्दिष्ट ह।ै

5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.— परम पूज्य श्रीमि सुधीन्द्र तीिय स्ट्िामी िी की िन्द्म िताब्िी के अिसर को स्ट्मरणीय बनान े के जलए जनयम 2 म ें जनर्दिष्ट मल्ू य िगय के सिक्के का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक्के को बनाने म ें अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा, िो इन जनयमों के साि उपाबद्ध िसू री अनसु ूची म ें यिा जिजनर्दिष्ट ह।ै पहली अनुसूची [जनयम िेख]ें एक सौ रुपय े अग्र भाग:

जसक्के के इस भाग पर मध्य म ें अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्य होगा, जिसके नीच े “सत्यमेि ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्थणत होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी म ें “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्य के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरायष्ट्रीय अंकों म ेंअंदकत मूल्य “ ” भी होगा। पृष्ट भाग:

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the th September, 2026 G.S.R. 846(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of the Birth Centenary of H H Srimad Sudhindra Theertha Swamiji) Rules, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Denomination of coin.— The coin of One Hundred Rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of Birth Centenary of H H Srimad Sudhindra Theertha Swamiji.

Dimension and composition of coin.— The denomination of the coin specified in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: - Denomination Shape and outside Number of serrations. Metal composition.

44 millimeters. Silver - 99.9 per cent.

Design.— The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules.

Standard weight and remedy allowed.— The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred to in rule 2 to commemorate the occasion of the Birth Centenary of H H Srimad Sudhindra Theertha Swamiji and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule annexed to these rules.THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC i)] First Schedule [See rule 4] ONE HUNDRED RUPEES

OBVERSE:

This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव जयत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devanagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English It shall also bear the rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “ ” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol.

REVERSE:

This face of the coin shall bear the image of H H Srimad Sudhindra Theertha Swamiji at the centre of the coin. The inscription “परम पूज्य श्रीमद सुधीन्द्र तीर् थ स्वामी जी की जन्द्म शताब्दी” in Devanagari script shall be inscribed on the upper periphery of the coin and the inscription “BIRTH CENTENARY OF H H SRIMAD SUDHINDRA THEERTHA SWAMIJI” in English shall be inscribed on the lower periphery of the coin The inscription “श्री काशी मठ संस्र्ान वाराणसी” in Devanagari script and “SHRI KASHI MATH SAMSTHAN VARANASI” in English shall be inscribed above the image The year “ ” in international numerals shall be inscribed below the image.
