New Delhi, the 4th September, 2025
S.O. 4059(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 46 of the
Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003), the Central Government hereby appoints the Advocates
specified in column (2) of the table below as Special Public Prosecutors for conducting the prosecution of cases on
behalf of the Directorate of Enforcement before the Special Courts under the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002
for the tenure commencing from the date of their appointment and ending on the date mentioned against each in column
(4) of the said table and within the jurisdiction of zones or sub zones mentioned against their names in column (3) of
