L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-04112024-258435 CG-DxLx-xEG-I0D4H1x1x2x0 24-258435 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 627] नई दिल्ली, सोमिार, निम्ब र 4, 2024/कार्तकि 13, 1946 No. 627] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2024/KARTIKA 13, 1946 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय ि जिभाग) अधिसचू ना नई दिल् ली, 4 निम् बर, 2024 सा.का.जन. 685(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्क ा-जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ङ) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, अथाित्:- 1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक्क ा-जनमािण (जबड़ला प्रौद्योजगकी एिं जिज्ञान संस्ट्थान, जपलानी के हीरक ियंती के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्क ा िारी करना) जनयम, 2024 ह।ै (2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक्क े का मल्ू यिग.ि - जबड़ला प्रौद्योजगकी एिं जिज्ञान संस्ट्थान, जपलानी के हीरक ियंती के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करने के जलए टकसाल में साठ रुपये मूल्य िगि का जसक्क ा ढाला िाएगा । 3. जसक्क े की जिमा और सरं चना.- जनयम 2 में उजल्लजखत उपरोि मूल्य िगि के जसक्क े, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होंगे, अथाित् :- 7134 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] जसक्क े का मूल्य िगि आकार और बाह्य व्यास िांतेिार दकनारों की संख्या धातु संरचना (1) (2) (3) (4) चतुथिक जमश्र धातु चांिी - 50 प्रजतित िृत्ताकार साठ रुपये 200 तांबा - 40 प्रजतित 44 जमलीमीटर जनदकल - 05 प्रजतित िस्ट्ता - 05 प्रजतित 4. जडज़ाइन.- जसक्क े का जडज़ाइन इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्ििष्ट ह।ै 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार .- जबड़ला प्रौद्योजगकी एिं जिज्ञान संस्ट्थान, जपलानी के हीरक ियंती के अिसर को मनाने के जलए उपरोि मूल्यिगि के ढाले गए जसक्के का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक्क े को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्ििष्ट ह।ै प्रथम अनसु चू ी (जनयम 4 िेख)ें साठ रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक्क े के इस भाग पर मध्य म ेंअिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीचे “सत्यमिे ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी म ें “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंदकत मूल्य “60” भी होगा । पष्टृ भाग: जसक्क े के इस भाग के मध्य में जबड़ला प्रौद्योजगकी एिं जिज्ञान संस्ट्थान, जपलानी के इमारत का जचत्र होगा। िो िृत्ताकार रेखाओं के मध्य म ेसिाये सबंिओंु के आकृजत से इमारत के जचत्र को घरे ा हुआ ििािया ह।ै जसक्क े की ऊपरी पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “ जबड़ला प्रौद्योजगकी एि ं जिज्ञान संस्ट्थान, जपलानी एिं इसके ठीक नीचे हीरक ियतं ी” जलखा होगा। जसक्के की जनचली पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी में “DIAMOND JUBILEE” और उसके ठीक नीचे “BIRLA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLGY & SCIENCE, PILANI” िर्णित होगा। जबड़ला प्रौद्योजगकी एि ं जिज्ञान संस्ट्थान, जपलानी के इमारत के जचत्र के िाजहने और बाई तरफ अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंको में िर्ि “1964 और 2024” क्रमि: जलखा होगा । िसू री अनसु चू ी (जनयम 5 िेख)ें अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक्क े का मूल्यिग ि मानक ििन संयोिन म ें मानक ििन म ें ) 1( ) 2( ) 3( ) 4( चांिी के जलए 1/500िां जहस्ट्सा िमा 1/100िां जहस्ट्सा िमा या घटा या घटा अथाित ् चांिी का अिं प्रजत साठ रुपय े 35 ग्राम अथाित ् ििन 34.65 ग्राम स े 1000 म ें 498 स े 502 के बीच हो 35.35 ग्राम तक हो सकता ह।ै सकेगा । [फा. स.ं 02/10/2024-जसक्क ा] अपणाि भारटया, सलाहकार[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th November, 2024 G.S.R. 685(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the Occasion of Diamond Jubilee of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of sixty rupees denomination shall only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of Diamond Jubilee of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. 3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The denomination of the coin mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: - Denomination Number of Shape and outside diameter Metal composition of coin serrations (1) (2) (3) (4) Quaternary Alloy Circular Silver - 50 per cent. Sixty Rupees 44 millimetre 200 Copper - 40 per cent. Nickel - 05 per cent. Zinc - 05 per cent. 4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of the denomination referred in rule 2 shall be coined to commemorate the occasion of Diamond Jubilee of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule annexed to these rules. THE FIRST SCHEDULE [See rule 4] SIXTY RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव जयते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹`” and denominational value “60” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the image of building of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in the centre of the coin. The image of the building is encircled by dots enclosed in two circular lines. The inscription “बिड़ला प्रौद्योबिकी एवं बवज्ञान संस्थान, बिलानी and below which हीरक जयंती” shall be written in Devnagari script on the upper periphery. The inscription “DIAMOND JUBILEE” and below which “BIRLA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLGY & SCIENCE, PILANI” in English is depicted on the lower periphery of the coin.
