L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-11092024-257083 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DLxx-xEG-I1D1E0x9x2x0 24-257083 असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 523] नई दिल्ली, बुधिार, जसतम्ब र 11, 2024/भार 20, 1946 No. 523] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2024/BHADRA 20, 1946 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय िजिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 11 जसतम्बर, 2024 सा.का.जन. 565(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्का जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित्:- 1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम जस्‍क ा-जनमािण (रािभाषा का हीरक ियंती िष ि के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्का िारी करना) जनयम, 2024 ह।ै (2) य ेरािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक्के का मल्ू य िग.ि– रािभाषा का हीरक ियंती िषि के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करने के जलए टकसाल म ेंपचहत्तर रुपय ेमूल् यिग िका जसक्का ढाला िाएगा । 3. जसक्के की जिमाएं और सरं चना.– जनयम 2 म ेंउजल्लजखत मूल् यिगि के जसक्के, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और सरं चना के अनरूु प होंगे, अथाित:्- 5838 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] जस्‍क े का मूल् यिग ि आकार और बा ह्य व् यास िांतेिारों दकनारे की संख् या धातु संरचना (1) (2) (3) (4) चतधु ातकुि जमश्र धात ु चांिी- 50 प्रजतित िृत् ताकार पचहत्तर रुपय े 200 तांबा- 40 प्रजतित 44 जमलीमीटर जनदकल- 05 प्रजतित िस्ट्ता- 05 प्रजतित 4. जडज़ाइन.–जसक्के का जडज़ाइन िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची म ें जिजनर्िष्टि दकया िाए। 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.–रािभाषा का हीरक ियंती िष ि स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनान े के जलए जनयम 2 म ें जनर्िष्ि ट उपरोि मल्ू यिग ि के ढाले गए जसक्के का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक्के को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्िष्ि ट दकया िाए। प्रथम अनसु चू ी (जनयम 4 िेख)ें पचहत्तर रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक्के के मुख भाग पर मध्य में अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह िीष िहोगा, जिसके नीचे “सत्यमिे ियत”े लेख उत् कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब् ि और िाईं पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “INDIA” िब् ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीषि के नीचे रुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतराष्ट्रि ीय अंकों म ेंअंदकत मूल्य “75” भी होगा । पष्ठृ भाग: इस जसक्के के मध्य में एक िृि की जचत्र के साथ-साथ जिजभन्न जहन्द्िी अिर अंदकत होंगे।। जस्‍क े की उपरी पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “रािभाषा का हीरक ियतं ी िष”ि जलखा होगा। जसक्के की जनचली पररजध पर अंग्रेिी म ें “DIAMOND JUBILEE YEAR OF OFFICIAL LANGUAGE” िर्णित होगा। पेड़ की जचत्र के नीचे िेिनागरी जलजप में "14 जसतंबर" और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंक म ेंिषि "1949-2024" जलखा िाएगा। िसू री अनसु चू ी (जनयम 5 िेख)ें अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक्के का मूल्यिग ि मानक ििन धातु संयोिन म ें मानक ििन म ें (1) (2) (3) (4) 1/100 िां जहस्ट्स ा िमा या पचहत्तर रुपय े चांिी के जलए 1/500िां जहस्ट्सा िमा या घटा अथाित ् ििन 34.65 35 ग्राम घटा अथाित् चांिी का अंि प्रजत 1000 में ग्राम स े 35.35 ग्राम तक हो 498 से 502 के बीच हो सकेगा। सकता ह।ै [फा. स.ं 02/20/2024 -जसक्का] अपणाि भारटया, सलाहकार[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economics Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th September, 2024. G.S.R. 565(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of Diamond Jubilee Year of Official Language) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin.-The coin of seventy-five rupees denomination shall only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of Diamond Jubilee Year of Official Language. 3. Dimension and composition of coin.-The denomination of the coin mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: - Denomination Shape and outside diameter Number of serrations Metal composition of coin (1) (2) (3) (4) Quaternary Alloy Circular Silver - 50 per cent. Seventy-five Rupees 44 millimetre 200 Copper - 40 per cent. Nickel - 05 per cent. Zinc - 05 per cent. 4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of the denomination referred to in rule 2 shall be coined to commemorate the occasion of Diamond Jubilee Year of Official Language and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule annexed to these rules. THE FIRST SCHEDULE (See rule 4) SEVENTY- FIVE RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव जयते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devanagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “75” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the image of a Tree along with various Hindi Alphabets in the centre of the coin. The inscription “राजभाषा का हीरक जयंती वषष” shall be written in Devnagari script on the upper periphery and the inscription “DIAMOND JUBILEE YEAR OF OFFICIAL LANGUAGE” in English is depicted on the lower periphery of the coin.
