सा.का.जन. 95(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्क ा जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की
उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, अथाित्:-
1.सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम जसक्क ा जनमािण (संत जिरोमजण दिगम्बर िैनाचायि जिद्यासागर
महामुजनराि की प्रथम समाजध दििस पर स्ट्मारक जसक्क ा िारी करना) जनयम, 2025 है।
(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।
2. जसक्क े का मल्ू य िग.ि – संत जिरोमजण दिगम्बर िैनाचायि जिद्यासागर महामुजनराि की प्रथम समाजध दििस पर केंरीय सरकार
के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करने के जलए टकसाल में एक सौ रुपये मूल् यिगि का जसक्क ा ढाला िाएगा ।
3. जसक्क े की जिमाएं और सरं चना.– जनयम 2 में उजल्लजखत उपरोि मूल्यिगि के जसक्क े, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना
के अनुरूप होंगे, अथाित् :-

5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.– संत जिरोमजण दिगम्बर िैनाचायि जिद्यासागर महामुजनराि की प्रथम समाजध दििस
पर जनयम 2 में जनर्ििष्ट मूल् यिगि के ढाले गए जसक्के का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक्क े को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा
िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्ििष्ट है।

अग्र भाग:
जसक्क े के इस भाग पर मध्य म ेंअिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीचे “सत्यमिे ियत”े लखे उत् कीर्णित होगा,
उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ
िीर्ि के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंदकत मूल्य “100” भी होगा ।
पष्टृ भाग:
जसक्क े के इस भाग के मध्य म ेंसतं जिरोमजण दिगम्बर िनै ाचाय िजिद्यासागर महामजु नराि का जचत्र होगा। जचत्र के बांई तरफ
“कमडं ल” (भारत की परंपरागत िलपात्र) और िांई तरफ “जपच्छी” का जचत्र होगा। जसक्के की उपरी पररजध पर िेिनागरी
जलजप म ें “सतं जिरोमजण दिगम्बर िनै ाचाय ि जिद्यासागर महामजु नराि” एि ं अग्रं ेिी में “SANT SHIROMANI
DIGAMBAR JAINACHARYA VIDYASAGAR MAHAMUNIRAJ” िर्णित होगा। संत जिरोमजण दिगम्बर
िैनाचायि जिद्यासागर महामुजनराि के जचत्र के नीचे अतं राष्ट्रि ीय अंकों म ेंिर्ि “1946-2024” जलखा होगा।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3

घटा अथाित् चांिी का अंि प्रजत 1000 में घटा अथाित् ििन 34.65
498 से 502 के बीच हो सकेगा। ग्राम से 35.35 ग्राम तक हो
सकता ह।ै

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st January, 2025
G.S.R. 95 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of
the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin
on first Samadhi Divas of Sant Shiromani Digambar Jainacharya Vidyasagar Mahamuniraj) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of One Hundred Rupees denomination shall only be coined at the Mint for
issue under the authority of the Central Government on first Samadhi Divas of Sant Shiromani Digambar Jainacharya
Vidyasagar Mahamuniraj.
3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The denomination of the coin mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the
following dimensions and composition, namely: -

5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred in rule 2
shall be coined on first Samadhi Divas of Sant Shiromani Digambar Jainacharya Vidyasagar Mahamuniraj and
the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule annexed to these rules.

ONE HUNDRED RUPEES
OBVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमिे ियत”े inscribed
below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devanagari script and on the right periphery with the word
“INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “100” in the international
numerals below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE:
This face of coin shall bear the image of Sant Shiromani Digambar Jainacharya Vidyasagar Mahamuniraj in the
center of the coin along with the images of “KAMANDAL” (traditional water pot of India) on the left side and “PICHI”
on right side. The inscription “सतं जिरोमजण दिगम्बर िनै ाचाय िजिद्यासागर महामजु नराि” shall be written in Devnagari script
and the inscription “SANT SHIROMANI DIGAMBAR JAINACHARYA VIDYASAGAR MAHAMUNIRAJ” in
English shall be depicted on the upper periphery of the coin. The year “1946-2024” in international numeral shall be
written below the image of Sant Shiromani Digambar Jainacharya Vidyasagar Mahamuniraj.
