सा.का.जन. 724(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, सिक्का जनमाणि अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24
की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै
अथाित:् -
1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम सिक्का जनमािण (सरिार िल्लभभाई पटेल की 150 िीं
ियंती के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक सिक्का िारी करना) जनयम, 2025 ह।ै
(2) य ेरािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।
2. सिक्के का मल्ू यिग.ि- सरिार िल्लभभाई पटेल की 150 िीं ियंती के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के
अधीन िारी करन े के जलए टकसाल में एक सौ पचास रुपय ेमल्ू य िगि का सिक्का ढाला िाएगा।
3. सिक्के की जिमाएं और सरं चना - जनयम 2 म ेंउजल्लजखत मूल्य िगि का सिक्का, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और
संरचना के अनुरूप होगा,अथाित:् -

5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.- सरिार िल्लभभाई पटेल की 150 िीं ियंती के अिसर को मनान े के जलए
जनयम 2 म ें जनर्ििष्ट मल्ू य िग ि के ढाल े गए सिक्के का मानक ििन और ऐस े जसक्के को बनान े म ें अनुज्ञात उपचार िह
होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्ििष्ट ह।ै

सिक्के के इस भाग पर मध्य म ेंअिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीचे “सत्यमिे ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्णित
होगा, उसकी बाई पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब्ि और िाई पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “INDIA” िब्ि होगा।
ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर् ि के नीचे रुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अतं रािष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंदकत मल्ू य “150” भी होगा ।
पष्ठृ भाग:
सिक्के के इस भाग के मध्य म ें “सरिार िल्लभभाई पटेल” का जचत्र होगा। सरिार िल्लभभाई पटेल के जचत्र के नीचे
अंतराष्ट्रि ीय अंकों म ें1875 - 2025 उत्कीणि होगा । सिक्के की ऊपरी पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें“सरिार िल्लभभाई
पटेल की 150 िीं ियतं ी” उत्कीणि होगा तथा जसक्के की जनचली पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी में “150TH BIRTH
ANNIVERSARY OF SARDAR VALLABHBHAI PATEL” उत्कीणि होगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th September, 2025
G.S.R. 724(E). —In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section
(2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the
following rules, namely:-
1.Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of
Commemorative Coin on the occasion of 150th Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel) Rules,
2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.Denomination of coin.- The coin of one hundred fifty rupees denomination shall only be coined at
the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate on the occasion of
150th Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The denomination of the coin mentioned in rule 2 shall
conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: -

4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules.
5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred
in rule 2 shall be coined to commemorate on the occasion of 150th Birth Anniversary of Sardar
Vallabhbhai Patel and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second
Schedule annexed to these rules.

OBVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव
जयते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagari script and on the
right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and

REVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the image of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in the center of the coin. The
year 1875 – 2025 in the international numerals shall be inscribed below the image of Sardar Vallabhbhai
Patel. The text “सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल की 150 वीं जयतं ी” shall be inscribed in Devnagari script on the upper
periphery of the coin and “150TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SARDAR VALLABHBHAI
PATEL” shall be inscribed in English on the lower periphery of the coin.
