L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-20112024-258783 CG-DxLx-xEG-I2D0H1x1x2x0 24-258783 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 659] नई दिल्ली, बुधिार, निम्ब र 20, 2024/कार्तकि 29, 1946 No. 659] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2024/KARTIKA 29, 1946 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय ि जिभाग) अधिसचू ना नई दिल् ली, 20 निम् बर, 2024 सा.का.जन. 718(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्क ा जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित्:- 1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम जसक्क ा-जनमािण (सजं िधान की 75िीं िर्गि ाठं के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्क ा िारी करना) जनयम, 2024 ह।ै (2) य ेरािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक्क े का मल्ू य िग.ि– सजं िधान की 75िीं िर्गि ाठं के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करन ेके जलए टकसाल म ें पचहत्तर रुपये मल्ू यिगि का जसक्क ा ढाला िाएगा । 3. जसक्क े की जिमाएं और सरं चना.– जनयम 2 म ेंउजल्लजखत उपरोि मल्ू यिग िका जसक्क ा, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनरूु प होगा, अथाित् :- 7496 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] जसक्क े का मल्ू य िग ि आकार और बाह्य व्य ास िातं िे ारों दकनारे की सख्ं य ा धात ुसरं चना (1) (2) (3) (4) पचहत्तर रुपय े िृत् ताकार 200 चतथु कि जमश्र धात ु 44 जमलीमीटर चांिी- 50 प्रजतित तांबा- 40 प्रजतित जनदकल- 05 प्रजतित िस्ट्ता- 05 प्रजतित 4. जडज़ाइन.– जसक्क े का जडज़ाइन इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्ििष् ट होगा। 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.- संजिधान की 75िीं िर्गि ांठ के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनाने के जलए उपरोि मूल् यिग ि के ढाल े गए जसक्क े का मानक ििन और ऐस े जसक्क े को बनाने म ेंअनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसूची म ें यथा जिजनर्ििष् ट ह।ै प्रथम अनसु चू ी (जनयम 4 िेख)ें पचहत्तर रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक्क े के मुख भाग पर मध्य म ेंअिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह िीर् िहोगा, जिसके नीच े“सत्यमिे ियत”े लखे उत् कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब् ि और िाईं पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “INDIA” िब् ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि के नीचे रुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतराष्ट्रि ीय अंकों म ेंअंदकत मूल्य “75” भी होगा । पष्टृ भाग: जसक्क े के इस भाग के मध्य में संसि भिन का उपरी भाग का जचत्र होगा। जसक्क े की उपरी पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें “सजं िधान की 75िीं िर्गि ाठं ” जलखा होगा। जसक्क े की जनचली पररजध पर अंग्रेिी म ें “75TH ANNIVERSARY OF CONSTITUTION” िर्णति होगा। जसक्क े के बाईं ओर िर्ि “1949” और िाईं ओर िर् ि “2024” अतं रािष्ट्रीय अंकों म ें जलखा होगा। िसू री अनसु चू ी (जनयम 5 िेख)ें अनज्ञु ात उपचार मानक ििन जसक्क े का मल्ू यिग ि धात ु सयं ोिन म ें मानक ििन म ें ( 1) ( 2) ( 3) ( 4) पचहत्तर रुप य े 35 ग्राम चांिी के जलए 1/500िां जहस्ट्सा िमा या 1/100िां जहस्ट्स ा िमा या घटा घटा अथाित ् चांिी का अंि प्रजत 1000 म ें अथाित ् ििन 34.65 ग्राम से 498 से 502 के बीच हो सकेगा। 35.35 ग्राम तक हो सकता ह।ै [फा. स.ं 02/24/2024 -जसक्क ा] अपणाि भारटया, सलाहकार[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th November, 2024 G.S.R. 718(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of 75th Anniversary of Constitution) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of Seventy Five Rupees denomination shall only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate on the occasion of 75th Anniversary of Constitution. 3. Dimension and composition of coin. - The denomination of the coin mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: - Denomination Shape and outside Number of Metal composition of the coin diameter serrations (1) (2) (3) (4) Quaternary Alloy Circular Silver - 50 per cent. Seventy Five Rupees 44 millimeter 200 Copper - 40 per cent. Nickel - 05 per cent. Zinc - 05 per cent. 4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred in rule 2 to commemorate the occasion of 75th Anniversary of Constitution and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule annexed to these rules. FIRST SCHEDULE (See Rule 4) SEVENTY FIVE RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमिे ियत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagri script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “75” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of coin shall bear the image of upper portion of Parliament Building in the centre of the coin. The inscription “सजं िधान की 75िीं िर्गि ाठं ” shall be written in Devnagari script on the upper periphery and the inscription “75TH ANNIVERSARY OF CONSTITUTION” in English shall be depicted on the lower periphery of the coin. The year “1949” on left side and the year “2024” on right side of the coin shall be written in international numerals. Second Schedule (See Rule 5) Denomination of the Standard Remedy allowed coin weight In composition In standard weight (1) (2) (3) (4) 1/500th plus or minus for Silver, that is to 1/100th plus or minus, that say the Silver content may vary from 498 is to say weight could be Seventy Five Rupees 35 Grams to 502 per 1000. 34.65 grams to 35.35 grams.
