L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-23012024-251572 CG-DxLx-xEG-I2D3H0x1x2x0 24-251572 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 54] नई दिल्ली, मगं लिार, िनिरी 23, 2024/माघ 3, 1945 No. 54] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, JANUARY 23, 2024/MAGHA 3, 1945 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय ि जिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 23 िनिरी, 2024 सा.का.जन. 60(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्क ा जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित्:- 1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक्क ा जनमािण (75 िााँ गणतंत्र दििस समारोह के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्क ा िारी करना) जनयम, 2024 ह।ै (2) ये रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक्क े का मल्ू यिग.ि- 75 िााँ गणतंत्र दििस समारोह के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करन े के जलए टकसाल म ेंमल्ू य पचहत्तर रुपय े िगि का जसक्क ा ढाला िाएगा । 518 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 3. जसक्क े की जिमाएं और सरं चना.- जनयम 2 में उजल्लजखत मूल्य िगि के जसक्क े, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और सरं चना के अनुरूप होंग,े अथाति ्:- जसक् के का मूल्य िगि आकार और बाह्य व्यास िांतेिार दकनारे की संख्या धातु संयोिन (1) (2) (3) (4) िृत्ताकार िद्धु चांिी पचहत्तर रुपये 200 44 जमलीमीटर चांिी - 99.9 प्रजतित 4. जडज़ाइन.– जसक् के का जडज़ाइन िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्िष्टि ह।ै 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.- 75िााँ गणतंत्र दििस समारोह के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनाने के जलए जनयम 2 में जनर्िष्टि मूल्य िगि के ढाले गए जसक् के का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक् के को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसचू ी में यथा जिजनर्िष्टि ह।ै पहली अनसु चू ी [जनयम 4 िखे ]ें पचहत्तर रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक् के के इस भाग पर मध्य में अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीच े “सत्यमिे ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर ििे नागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अकं ों में अंदकत मूल्य “75” भी होगा । पृष्ठ भाग: जसक् के के इस भाग पर पुरानी संसि भिन की इमारत के सामन,े नई संसि भिन इमारत को दिखाया होगा । संसि भिन के पीछे भारत के नागररकों को ििािया होगा। जसक् के की ऊपरी पररजध पर ििे नागरी जलजप म ें “75िा ाँ गणतत्रं दििस” तथा अंग्रेिी “75TH REPUBLIC DAY” उत् कीणि होगा। नए संसि भिन के जचत्र के नीच े “2024” अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों में उत् कीणि होगा। िसू री अनसु चू ी [जनयम 5 िखे ]ें अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक् के का मूल्यिगि मानक ििन संयोिन म ें मानक ििन में )1( )2( )3( )4( प्रजत 1000 में चांिी का 999 अंि । चांिी के 1/8000 िोड़ कर या घटाकर, पचहत्तर रुपये 40 ग्राम अंि में 998.8 और उसके ऊपर तक का अथाित िज़न में 39.995 ग्राम स े अंतर हो सकेगा। 40.005 ग्राम तक का अंतर हो सकता ह।ै [फा. सं. 02/37/2023 - जसक् का] अपणाि भारटया, सलाहकार[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economics Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd January, 2024 G.S.R. 60(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of 75th Republic Day Celebrations) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of seventy five rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of 75th Republic Day Celebrations. 3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The denomination of the coin mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely:- Denomination Shape and outside diameter Number of serrations Metal composition of the coin (1) (2) (3) (4) Seventy Five Rupees Circular Pure Silver 200 44 millimetre Silver - 99.9 per cent. 4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred in rule 2 shall be coined to commemorate the occasion of 75th Republic Day Celebrations completion and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules. THE FIRST SCHEDULE [See rule 4] SEVENTY FIVE RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमिे ियत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “75” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the image of new Parliament building in front of image of old Parliament building. People of India will be shown behind the image of Parliament building. The text “75िा ाँ गणतत्रं दििस” in Devnagari script and the text “75TH REPUBLIC DAY” in English shall be inscribed on the upper periphery of the coin. The year “2024” in the international numerals shall be inscribed below the image of New Parliament Building. THE SECOND SCHEDULE [See rule 5] Denomination of Remedy allowed Standard weight the coin In composition In standard weight (1) (2) (3) (4) 999 parts of silver per 1000.
