L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-31122024-259767 CG-DxLx-xEG-I3D1H1x2x2x0 24-259767 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 731] नई दिल्ली, मगं लिार, दिसम्ब र 31, 2024/पौष 10, 1946 No. 731] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 31, 2024/PAUSHA 10, 1946 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय ि जिभाग) अधिसचू ना नई दिल् ली, 31 दिसम् बर, 2024 सा.का.जन. 793(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्क ा जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित्:- 1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक्क ा जनमािण (श्री हरखचन्द्ि नाहटा का 25 िां स्ट्मरणोत्सि के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्का िारी करना) जनयम, 2024 ह।ै (2) य ेरािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक्क े का मल्ू यिग.ि- “श्री हरखचन्द्ि नाहटा का 25 िां स्ट्मरणोत्सि” के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करन े के जलए टकसाल म ेंपच्चीस रुपये मल्ू य िगि का जसक्क ा ढाला िाएगा । 8511 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 3. जसक्क े की जिमाएं और सरं चना.- जनयम 2 में उजल्लजखत मल्ू य िगि के जसक्क े, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होंग,े अथाित:् - जसक्क े का मूल्यिग ि आकृजत और बाह्य व्यास िांतों की संख्या धातु संरचना (1) (2) (3) (4) पच् चीस रुपय े िृत्ताकार 200 िुद्ध चांिी 44 जमलीमीटर चांिी- 99.9 प्रजतित 4. जडज़ाइन.– जसक्क े का जडज़ाइन िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची म ेंयथा जिजनर्ििष्ट ह।ै 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.- “श्री हरखचन्द्ि नाहटा का 25िां स्ट्मरणोत्सि” के अिसर को मनाने के जलए जनयम 2 में जनर्ििष्ट मल्ू य िगि के ढाले गए जसक्क े का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक्क े को बनाने में अनज्ञु ात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्ििष्ट ह।ै पहली अनसु चू ी (जनयम 4 िेख)ें पच्च ीस रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक्क े के इस भाग पर मध्य म ेंअिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीषि होगा, जिसके नीचे “सत्यमिे ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाई पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब्ि और िाई पररजध पर अंग्रेिी म ें “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीषि के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंदकत मूल्य “25” भी होगा । पष्ठृ भाग: जसक्क े के इस भाग के मध्य में श्री हरखचन्द्ि नाहटा का जचत्र होगा। जसक्क े के ऊपरी पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें “श्री हरखचन्द्ि नाहटा का 25 िा ं स्ट्मरणोत्सि” जलखा होगा और जसक्क े की जनचली पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “25TH COMMEMORATION OF SHRI HARAKHCHAND NAHATA” िर्णति होगा। श्री हरखचन्द्ि नाहटा के जचत्र की बाई पररजध पर अतं रािष्ट्रीय अंक में िषि “1936”,िाई पररजध पर “1999” और जनचली पररजध पर िषि “2024” जलखा होगा। िसू री अनसु चू ी (जनयम 5 िेख)ें अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक्क े का मूल्यिग ि मानक ििन धातु संरचना म ें मानक ििन म ें ) 1( ) 2( ) 3( ) 4( पच् चीस रुपय े 40 ग्राम प्रजत 1000 म ेंचांिी का 999 अिं । चांिी के 1/8000 िोड़ कर या घटाकर, अंि म ें 999 और उसके ऊपर तक का अंतर अथाित िज़न म ें 39.995 ग्राम स े हो सकेगा। 40.005 तक का अंतर हो सकता ह।ै [फा. स.ं 02/12/2024-जसक्क ा] अपणाि भारटया, सलाहकार[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st December, 2024 G.S.R. 793(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of 25th Commemoration of Shri Harakhchand Nahata) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin. - The coin of twenty five rupees denomination shall only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate on the occasion of 25th Commemoration of Shri Harakhchand Nahata. 3. Dimension and composition of coin. - The denomination of the coin mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: - Denomination Shape and outside diameter Number of serrations Metal composition of coin (1) (2) (3) (4) Twenty five Rupees Circular 200 Pure Silver 44 millimeter Silver - 99.9 per cent. 4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of above denomination referred in rule 2 shall be coined to commemorate the occasion of 25th Commemoration of Shri Harakhchand Nahata and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule annexed to these rules. THE FIRST SCHEDULE [See rule 4] TWENTY FIVE RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमिे ियत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “25” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the image of Shri Harakhchand Nahata in the centre of the coin. The inscription “श्री हरखचन्द्ि नाहटा का 25िा ंस्ट्मरणोत्सि” shall be written in Devanagari script on the upper periphery of the coin and the inscription “25TH COMMEMORATION OF SHRI HARAKHCHAND NAHATA” in English shall be depicted on the lower periphery of the coin. The year “1936”, “1999” and “2024” shall be written on the left side, the right side and the down side of the image of Shri Harakhchand Nahata in international numbers respectively.
