L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-27092023-249040 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-27092023-249040 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 555] नई दिल्ली, बुधिार, जसतम्ब र 27, 2023/आज‍ि न 5 , 1945 No. 555] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2023/ ASVINA 5, 1945 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय ि जिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 27 जसतम् बर, 2023 सा.का.जन. 699(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक् का-जनमाणि अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ङ) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित्:- 1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक् का-जनमािण (कैिल्यधाम के िताब्िी िर्ि के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक् का िारी करना) जनयम, 2023 ह।ै (2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक् के का मल्ू यिग.ि- “कैिल्यधाम के िताब्िी िर्ि” के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करने के जलए टकसाल में एक सौ रुपये मूल्य िगि का जसक्का ढाला िाएगा। 3. जसक् के की जिमा और संरचना.- जनयम 2 में जनर्िष्टि मूल्य िगि के जसक् के, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होंगे, अथाित् :- जसक् के का मूल्य िगि आकार और बा ह्य व्यास िांतेिार दकनारों की संख्या धातु संरचना (1) (2) (3) (4) िृत्ताकार चतथु िक जमश्र धात ु एक सौ रुपये 200 44 जमलीमीटर रित- 50 प्रजतित 6163 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] तांबा- 40 प्रजतित जनकल- 05 प्रजतित िस्ट्त ा- 05 प्रजतित 4. जडज़ाइन.- जसक् के का जडज़ाइन इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्िष्टि होगा। 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.- कैिल्यधाम के िताब्िी िर्ि के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनाने के जलए उपरोि मूल्यिगि के ढाले गए जसक् के का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक् के को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्िष्टि ह।ै पहली अनसु चू ी (जनयम 4 िखे )ें एक सौ रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक् के के इस भाग पर मध्य में अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीचे “सत्यमिे ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर ििे नागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंदकत मूल्य “100” भी होगा । पृष्ट भाग: जसक् के के इस भाग के मध्य में कैिल्यधाम का प्रतीक जचन्द्ह होगा। जसक् के की उपरी पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “कैिल्यधाम का िताब्िी िर्ि” जलखा होगा और जसक् के की जनचली पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “CENTENARY YEAR OF KAIVALYADHAMA” जलखा होगा। अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों में िर्ि “1924” तथा “2024” क्रमिः जसक् के की बाई मध्य तथा िाई मध्य पररजध पर अंदकत होंगे। िसू री अनसु चू ी (जनयम 5 िखे )ें अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक् के का मूल्यिगि मानक ििन संयोिन म ें मानक ििन में )1( )2( )3( )4( चांिी के जलए 1/500िां जहस्ट्सा की िृजि 1/100िा ं जहस्ट्सा की िृजि या कमी एक सौ रुपये 35 ग्राम या कमी अथाित् चांिी का अंि प्रजत 1000 अथाित ्ििन 34.65 ग्राम स े35.35 में 498 से 502 के बीच हो सकेगा। ग्राम तक हो सकता ह।ै [फा. सं. 02/03/2023-जसक् का] अपणाि भारटया, सलाहकार[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economics Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th September, 2023 G.S.R. 699(E).-- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of Centenary Year of Kaivalyadhama) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of one hundred rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of “Centenary Year of Kaivalyadhama”. 3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The coin of the denomination referred to in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: - Denomination Shape and outside diameter Number of serrations Metal composition of coin (1) (2) (3) (4) Quaternary Alloy Circular Silver - 50 per cent. One hundred rupees 44 millimeters 200 Copper - 40 per cent. Nickel - 05 per cent. Zinc - 05 per cent.. 4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of above denomination coined to commemorate the occasion of Centenary Year of Kaivalyadhama and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules. The First Schedule (See rule 4) ONE HUNDRED RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the center with the legend “सत्यमिे ियत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “100” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the image of the logo of Kaivalyadhama in the center of the coin. The inscription “कैिल्यधाम का िताब्िी िर्ि” in devnagari script shall be written on the upper periphery on the coin and the inscription “CENTENARY YEAR OF KAIVALYADHAMA” in English shall be written on the lower periphery on the coin. The year "1924” and “2024” in international numerals shall be flanked respectively on left middle and right middle periphery of the coin. The Second Schedule (See rule 5) Denomination of Remedy allowed Standard weight the coin In composition In standard weight (1) (2) (3) (4) 1/500th plus or minus for Silver, that 1/100th plus or minus, that is to One hundred is to say, the Silver content may vary say, the weight could vary 35 Grams rupees from 498 to 502 per 1000. from 34.65 grams to 35.35 grams.
