L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-20042023-245284 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-20042023-245284 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 248] नई दिल्ली, बृहस्ट्प जतिार, अप्रलै 20, 2023/चत्रै 30, 1945 No. 248] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, APRIL 20, 2023/CHAITRA 30, 1945 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय ि जिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 20 अप्रलै , 2023 सा.का.जन. 310(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसकका जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित्:- 1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक्क ा जनमािण (“मन की बात की 100िीं कडी” के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्क ा िारी करना) जनयम, 2023 ह।ै (2) ये रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक्क े का मल्ू यिग.ि- “मन की बात की 100िीं कडी” के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करन े के जलए टकसाल म ेंकेिल एक सौ रुपये मल्ू य िगि का जसक्का ढाला िाएगा । 3. जसक्क े की जिमाएं और सरं चना.- जनयम 2 में उजल्लजखत उपरोि मल्ू य िगि के जसक्के, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और सरं चना के अनरूु प होंग,े अथाित्:- 2570 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] जसक्के का मूल्य िग ि आकार और बाह्य व्यास िांतेिार दकनारे की संख्या धातु संयोिन (1) (2) (3) (4) एक सौ रुपय े िृत्ताकार 200 चतुथिक जमश्र धात ु 44 जमलीमीटर रित - 50 प्रजतित तांबा - 40 प्रजतित जनदकल - 05 प्रजतित िस्ट्ता - 05 प्रजतित 4. जडज़ाइन.– जसक्क े का जडज़ाइन िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची म ेंयथा जिजनर्िष्टि ह।ै 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.- मन की बात की 100िीं कडी के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनाने के जलए उपरोि मूल्य िगि के ढाले गए जसक्क े का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक्क े को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसूची म ेंयथा जिजनर्िष्टि ह।ै पहली अनसु चू ी (जनयम 4 िेख)ें एक सौ रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक्के के इस भाग पर मध्य म ें अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीचे “सत्यमेि ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹`” और अंतराष्ट्रि ीय अंकों म ेंअंदकत मूल्य “100” भी होगा । पष्टृ भाग: जसक्क े के इस भाग पर मन की बात की 100िीं कडी का प्रतीक जचन्द्ह होगा, जिसमे ध्िजन तरंगों के साथ माइक्रोफोन का जचत्र ििािया गया ह ै और माइक्रोफोन के जचत्र पर िर्ि ‘2023’ जलखा गया ह।ै माइक्रोफोन के जचत्र के िीर्ि पर और नीचे क्रमि: िेिनागरी जलजप म ें‘मन की बात 100’ और अग्रं ेिी म ें ‘MANN KI BAAT 100’ जलखा गया ह।ै िसू री अनसु चू ी (जनयम 5 िेख)ें अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक् के का मूल्यिगि मानक ििन संयोिन म ें मानक ििन में )1( )2( )3( )4( चांिी के जलए 1/500िां जहस्ट्सा की िृजि या 1/100िा ं जहस्ट्सा की िृजि या कमी एक सौ रुपये 35 ग्राम कमी अथाित ्चांिी का अंि प्रजत 1000 में 498 अथाित ् ििन 34.65 ग्राम से 35.35 से 502 के बीच हो सकेगा। ग्राम तक हो सकता ह।ै [फा. स.ं 02/08/2023- जसक्क ा] अपणाि भारटया, सलाहकार[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economics Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th April, 2023 G.S.R. 310(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of “100th Episode of Mann Ki Baat”) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of One Hundred Rupees denomination shall only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of “100th Episode of Mann Ki Baat”. 3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The coin of the above denomination mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: - Denomination Shape and outside diameter Number of serrations Metal composition of the coin (1) (2) (3) (4) Quaternary Alloy Silver - 50 per cent. Circular One Hundred Rupees 200 Copper -40 per cent. 44 millimeter Nickel - 05 per cent. Zinc - 05 per cent. 4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of above denomination coined to commemorate the occasion of 100th Episode of Mann Ki Baat and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules. First Schedule (See rule 4) ONE HUNDRED RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव जयत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagri script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “100” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of the coin will bear the logo for 100th Episode of Mann Ki Baat which consists of an image of microphone image with sound waves and year ‘2023’ is written on the image of microphone. ‘मन की बात 100’ in Devnagari script and ‘MANN KI BAAT 100’ in English is written above and below of the microphone image respectively. Second Schedule (See rule 5) Denomination of Remedy allowed Standard weight the coin In composition In standard weight (1) (2) (3) (4) 1/500th plus or minus for Silver, 1/100th plus or minus, that is to that is to say, the Silver content say, the weight could vary from One Hundred Rupees 35 Grams may vary from 498 to 502 per 34.65 grams to 35.35 grams. 1000.
