L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-03102023-249121 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-03102023-249121 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 563] नई दिल्ली, मगं लिार, अक्त बू र 3, 2023/आज‍ि न 11 , 1945 No. 563] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2023/ASVINA 11, 1945 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय ि जिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 3 अक्त ूबर, 2023 सा.का.जन. 716(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्क ा जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित:्- 1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम जसक्क ा-जनमािण (रानी िगु ाििती की 500िीं ियंती के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्का िारी करना) जनयम, 2023 ह।ै (2) ये रािपत्र म ें उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक्क े का मल्ू य िग.ि- “रानी िगु ाििती की 500िीं ियंती” के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करन े के जलए टकसाल म ेंपांच सौ रुपय ेमूल् यिगि का जसक्क ा ढाला िाएगा । 3. जसक्क े की जिमा और सरं चना.- जनयम 2 म ें जनर्िष्ि ट मूल् यिगि के जसक्क े, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होंग,े अथाित.्- 6271 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] जसक् के का मूल् यिगि आकार और बा ह्य व् यास िांतेिारों दकनारे की धातु संरचना संख् या (1) (2) (3) (4) पांच सौ रुपय े िृत्त ाकार 200 िुद्ध चािं ी 44 जमलीमीटर रित- 99.9 प्रजतित 4. जडज़ाइन.- जसक् के का जडज़ाइन इन जनयमों की पहली अनसु ूची में यथा जिजनर्िष्ि ट होगा। 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.- रानी िगु ाििती की 500िीं ियतं ी के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनाने के जलए उपरोि मूल् यिगि के ढाले गए जसक् के का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक् के को बनान े में अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्िष्ि ट ह।ै पहली अनसु चू ी (जनयम 4 िखे ें) पाचं सौ रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक् के के इस भाग पर मध्य में अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससहं स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीचे “सत्यमेि ियत”े लेख उत् कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर ििे नागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब् ि और िाईं पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “INDIA” िब् ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक “ ₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंदकत मूल्य “500” भी होगा । पृष्ट भाग: जसक् के के इस भाग के मध्य में रानी िगु ािि ती का जचत्र होगा। जसक् के की उपरी पररजध पर ििे नागरी जलजप म ें “रानी िगु ािि ती की 500िीं ियतं ी” जलखा होगा। जसक्के की जनचली पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी में “500TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF RANI DURGAVATI” िर्णित होगा। रानी िगु ाििती का जचत्र के नीचे अंतरािष्र ीय अंको में िर्ि “2023” जलजखत होगा । िसू री अनसु चू ी (जनयम 5 िखे ें) अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक्क े का मूल्यिग ि मानक ििन धातु संयोिन म ें मानक ििन म ें (1) (2) (3) (4) पांच सौ रुपय े 40 ग्राम प्रजत 1000 में रित का 999 भाग। रित 1/8000िां जहस्ट्स ा की िृजद्ध अंि के जलए छूट 998.8 तथा उससे ऊपर या कमी अथाति ् ििन 39.995 होगी। ग्राम से 40.005 ग्राम के बीच हो सकता ह।ै [फा. स.ं 02/35/2023-जसक् का] अपणाि भारटया, सलाहकार[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economics Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd October, 2023 G.S.R. 716(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin to commemorate on the occasion of 500th Birth Anniversary of Rani Durgavati) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of five hundred rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of “500th Birth Anniversary of Rani Durgavati”. 3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The coin of the above denomination mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: - Denomination Number of Shape and outside diameter Metal composition of the coin serrations (1) (2) (3) (4) Circular Pure Silver Five hundred rupees 44 millimeters 200 Silver - 99.9 per cent. 4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of above denomination coined to commemorate the occasion of 500th Birth Anniversary of Rani Durgavati and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules. First Schedule (See Rule 4) FIVE HUNDRED RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव जयत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “500” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of coin shall bear portrait of Rani Durgvati in the centre. The inscription “रानी दर्ु ाावती की 500वी ीं जयींती” shall be written in Devnagari script on the upper periphery of the coin and the inscription “500TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF RANI DURGAVATI” in English is depicted on the lower periphery of the coin. The year “2023” in international numeral shall be written below the portrait of Rani Durgavati. Second Schedule (See Rule 5) Standard Remedy allowed Denomination of the coin weight In composition In standard weight (1) (2) (3) (4) 999 parts of silver per 1000. The 1/8000th plus or minus, that is to tolerance for Silver content shall say weight could be 39.995 grams Five hundred rupees 40 Grams be 998.8 and above. to 40.005 grams. [F.
