L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-25052023-246054 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-25052023-246054 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 315] नई दिल्ली, बृहस्ट्प जतिार, मई 25, 2023/ज्य ष्े ठ 4, 1945 No. 315] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, MAY 25, 2023/JYAISHTHA 4, 1945 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय ि जिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 25 मई, 2023 सा.का.जन. 389(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्का जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित्:- 1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक्क ा जनमािण (नए संसि भिन के उिघाटन के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्क ा िारी करना) जनयम, 2023 ह।ै (2) ये रािपत्र म ें इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक्क े का मल्ू यिग.ि- नए संसि भिन के उिघाटन के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करने के जलए टकसाल म ेंपचहत्तर रुपय ेमूल्य िगि का जसक्क ा ढाला िाएगा । 3. जसक्क े की जिमाए ं और सरं चना.- जनयम 2 म ें उजल्लजखत उपरोि मूल्य िग ि के जसक्क े, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और सरं चना के अनरूु प होंग,े अथाित्:- 3327 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] जसक् के का मूल्य िगि आकार और बाह्य व्यास िांतेिार दकनारे की संख्या धातु संयोिन (1) (2) (3) (4) पचहत्तर रुपये िृत्ताकार 200 चतुथिक जमश्र धातु 44 जमलीमीटर रित - 50 प्रजतित तांबा - 40 प्रजतित जनदकल - 05 प्रजतित िस्ट्ता - 05 प्रजतित 4. जडज़ाइन.– जसक्क े का जडज़ाइन िह होगा िो पहली अनुसूची म ें यथा जिजनर्िष्टि ह।ै 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.- नए संसि भिन के उिघाटन के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनाने के जलए उपरोि मूल्य िग ि के ढाले गए जसक्क े का मानक ििन और ऐस े जसक्क े को बनाने म ें अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो िसू री अनुसूची म ें यथा जिजनर्िष्टि ह।ै पहली अनसु चू ी (जनयम 4 िेख)ें पचहत्तर रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक्क े के इस भाग पर मध्य म ें अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीच े “सत्यमेि ियते” लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी म ें “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर् ि के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों म ें अंदकत मल्ू य “75” भी होगा । पष्टृ भाग: जसक्क े के इस भाग म ें संसि सकं ुल का जचत्र होगा। जसक्क े के उपरी पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें “संसि संकुल” जलखा होगा और जनचली पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी म ें “PARLIAMENT COMPLEX” जलखा होगा। संसि संकुल के जचत्र के नीच े अंतराष्ट्रि ीय अंको म ेंिर्ि “2023” जलखा होगा। िसू री अनसु चू ी (जनयम 5 िेख)ें अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक्क े का मूल्यिग ि मानक ििन संयोिन म ें मानक ििन म ें )1( )2( )3( )4( चांिी के जलए 1/500िां जहस्ट्सा की 1/100िां जहस्ट्सा की िृजि या पचहत्तर रुपय े 35 ग्राम िृजि या कमी अथाित् चांिी का अंि कमी अथाित ् ििन 34.65 ग्राम प्रजत 1000 म ें 498 स े 502 के बीच स े 35.35 ग्राम तक हो सकता ह।ै हो सकेगा। [फा. स.ं 02/17/2023-जसक्क ा] अिनीि कुमार जमश्रा, उप-महाजनिेिक[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economics Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th May, 2023 G.S.R. 389(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of Inauguration of New Parliament Building) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of Seventy Five Rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of Inauguration of New Parliament Building. 3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The coin of the above denomination mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely:- Denomination Shape and outside diameter Number of serrations Metal composition of the coin (1) (2) (3) (4) Quaternary Alloy Silver - 50 per cent. Circular Seventy Five Rupees 200 Copper - 40 per cent. 44 millimeter Nickel - 05 per cent. Zinc - 05 per cent. 4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of above denomination coined to commemorate the occasion of Inauguration of New Parliament Building and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule. The First Schedule (See rule 4) SEVENTY FIVE RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमिे ियत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagri script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “75” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the image of Parliament Complex. The inscription “ससं ि संकुल” shall be written in Devnagari script on the upper periphery and the inscription “PARLIAMENT COMPLEX” in English shall be written on the lower periphery of the coin. The Year “2023” in International numeral shall be written below the image of Parliament Complex. The Second Schedule (See rule 5) Denomination of Remedy allowed Standard weight the coin In composition In standard weight (1) (2) (3) (4) 1/500th plus or minus for Silver, that 1/100th plus or minus, that is to Seventy Five Rupees 35 Grams is to say, the Silver content may vary say, the weight could vary from from 498 to 502 per 1000. 34.65 grams to 35.35 grams.
