L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-03052023-245634 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-03052023-245634 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 269] नई दिल्ली, बुधिार, मई 3, 2023/ििै ाख 13, 1945 No. 269] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, MAY 3, 2023/VAISAKHA 13, 1945 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय ि जिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 3 मई, 2023 सा.का.जन. 339(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक् का जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित्:- 1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक्का-जनमािण (राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योजगकी दििस – ऑपरेिन िजि की 25 िीं िर्िगांठ के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक् का िारी करना) जनयम, 2023 है। (2) ये रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक् के का मल्ू यिग.ि- “राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योजगकी दििस – ऑपरेिन िजि की 25 िीं िर्िगांठ” के अिसर पर केन्द्रीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करने के जलए टकसाल में केिल एक सौ रुपये मूल्य िग िका जसक्का ढाला िाएगा। 3. जसक्क े की जिमाएं और सरं चना.- जनयम 2 में उजल्लजखत उपरोि मूल्य िगि के जसक्के, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होंगे, अथाित्:- 2923 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] जसक् के का मूल्य िगि आकार और बाह्य व्यास िांतेिार दकनारे की संख्या धातु संयोिन (1) (2) (3) (4) एक सौ रुपये िृत्ताकार 200 चतुथिक जमश्र धातु 44 जमलीमीटर रित - 50 प्रजतित तांबा - 40 प्रजतित जनदकल - 05 प्रजतित िस्ट्ता - 05 प्रजतित 4. जडज़ाइन.– जसक् के का जडज़ाइन िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची म ेंयथा जिजनर्िष्टि ह।ै 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.- राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योजगकी दििस – ऑपरेिन िजि की िीं िर्िगांठ 25 के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनाने के जलए उपरोि मूल्यिगि के ढाले गए जसक् के का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक्के को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्िष्टि ह।ै पहली अनसु चू ी (जनयम 4 िेख)ें एक सौ रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक्क े के इस भाग पर मध्य में अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीचे “सत्यमिे ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी में “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर् ि के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹`” और अतं रािष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंदकत मल्ू य “100” भी होगा । पष्टृ भाग: जसक्क े के इस भाग के मध्य म ें राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योजगकी दििस – ऑपरेिन िजि की 25 िीं िर्िगांठ का प्रतीक जचन्द्ह होगा। जसक्क े की ऊपरी पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें “राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योजगकी दििस” के साथ िेिनागरी जलजप म े “ऑपरेिन िजि की 25 िीं िर्गि ाठं ” जलखा होगा। जसक्के की जनचली पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY DAY” और ‘‘25TH ANNIVERSARY OF OPERATION SHAKTI” िर्णित होगा। राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योजगकी दििस – ऑपरेिन िजि की िीं िर्िगांठ 25 के प्रतीक जचन्द्ह के नीच ेअंतरराष्ट्रीय अंको में िर्ि “1998-2023” जलखा होगा । िसू री अनसु चू ी (जनयम 5 िेख)ें अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक्क े का मूल्यिग ि मानक ििन संयोिन म ें मानक ििन म ें )1( )2( )3( )4( चांिी के जलए 1/500िां जहस्ट्सा की िृजि 1/100िां जहस्ट्सा की िृजि या या कमी अथाित ् चांिी का अंि प्रजत 1000 कमी अथाित ् ििन 34.65 ग्राम एक सौ रुपय े 35 ग्राम म ें 498 स े 502 के बीच हो सकेगा। स े 35.35 ग्राम तक हो सकता ह।ै [फा. स.ं 02/11/2023- जसक्क ा] अपणाि भारटया, सलाहकार[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economics Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, 3rd May, 2023 G.S.R. 339(E).__In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of commemorative coin on the occasion of NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY DAY – 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF OPERATION SHAKTI) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of One Hundred Rupees denomination shall only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of “NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY DAY – 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF OPERATION SHAKTI”. 3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The coin of the above denomination mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely:- Denomination Shape and outside diameter Number of serrations Metal composition of the coin (1) (2) (3) (4) Quaternary Alloy Silver - 50 per cent. Circular One Hundred Rupees 200 Copper -40 per cent. 44 millimeter Nickel - 05 per cent. Zinc - 05 per cent. 4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of above denomination coined to commemorate the occasion of NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY DAY – 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF OPERATION SHAKTI and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules. First Schedule (See rule 4) ONE HUNDRED RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव जयत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagri script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “100” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the logo of the “National Technology Day – 25th Anniversary of Operation Shakti” in the centre. The inscription “राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योजगकी दििस’’along “ऑपरेिन िजि की 25िीं िर्िगाठं ” shall be written in Devnagari script on the upper periphery and the inscription “NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY DAY and 25th ANNIVERSARY OF OPERATION SHAKTI” in English is depicted on the lower periphery of the coin. The year “1998-2023” in international numeral shall be written below the logo of the National Technology Day – 25th Anniversary of Operation Shakti. Second Schedule (See rule 5) Denomination of Remedy allowed Standard weight the coin In composition In standard weight (1) (2) (3) (4) 1/500th plus or minus for Silver, 1/100th plus or minus, that is to that is to say, the Silver content say, the weight could vary from One Hundred Rupees 35 Grams may vary from 498 to 502 per 34.65 grams to 35.35 grams. 1000.
