L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-24072023-247578 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-24072023-247578 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 427] नई दिल्ली, सोमिार, िुलाई 24, 2023/श्रािण 2, 1945 No. 427] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, JULY 24, 2023/SHRAVANA 2, 1945 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय ि जिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 24 िुलाई, 2023 सा.का.जन. 533(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्क ा-जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 2 के खंड (क) और खंड (ख) के साथ पठित धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खडं (ङ) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित्:- 1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक्क ा-जनमािण (भारत का G20 अध्यिता के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्कों िारी करना) जनयम, 2023 ह।ै (2) ये रािपत्र म ेंउनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक्क ों का मल्ू यिग.ि- “भारत का G20 अध्यिता" के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करन े के जलए टकसाल म ेंजनम्नजलजखत मल्ू य िगि के जसक्कों को ढाला िाएगा:- (i) एक सौ रुपय;े और (ii) पचहत्तर रुपये। 4768 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 3. जसक्क ों की जिमा और सरं चना.- जनयम 2 म ें जनर्िष्टि मूल्य िगो के जसक्के, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होंगे, अथाित ्:- जसक्क े का मूल्य िग ि आकार और बा ह्य व्यास िांतेिार दकनारों की संख्या धात ु संरचना (1) (2) (3) (4) एक सौ रुपय े िृत्ताकार 200 चतथु कि जमश्र धात ु 44 जमलीमीटर रित - 50 प्रजतित तांबा - 40 प्रजतित जनदकल - 05 प्रजतित िस्ट्ता - 05 प्रजतित पचहत्तर रुपय े िृत्ताकार 200 चतथु कि जमश्र धात ु 44 जमलीमीटर रित - 50 प्रजतित तांबा - 40 प्रजतित जनदकल - 05 प्रजतित िस्ट्ता - 05 प्रजतित 4. जडज़ाइन.- जसक्क ों का जडज़ाइन इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसचू ी म ें यथा जिजनर्िष्टि होगा। 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार .- भारत का G20 अध्यिता के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनाने के जलए जनयम 2 म ें जनर्िष्टि मूल्यिगि के ढाले गए जसक्कों का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक्कों को बनाने म ें अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसूची म ें यथा जिजनर्िष्टि ह।ै पहली अनसु चू ी (जनयम 4 िेख)ें (i) एक सौ रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक्क े के इस भाग पर मध्य म ें अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीच े “सत्यमिे ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पठरजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पठरजध पर अग्रं ेिी म ें “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर् ि के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों म ें अंदकत मल्ू य “100” भी होगा । पष्टृ भाग: जसक्क् े के इस भाग के मध्य म ें भारत का G20 अध्यिता का लोगो का जडज़ाइन होगा। ऊपरी पठरजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें “िसधु िै कुटुम्बकम”् जलखा होगा और जनचली पठरजध पर अंग्रेिी में “ONE EARTH • ONE FAMILY • ONE FUTURE” जलखा होगा। (ii) पचहत्तर रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक्क े के इस भाग पर मध्य म ें अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीच े “सत्यमिे ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पठरजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पठरजध पर अग्रं ेिी म ें “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर् ि के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों म ें अंदकत मल्ू य “75” भी होगा ।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 पष्टृ भाग: जसक्क े के इस भाग के मध्य म ें भारत का G20 अध्यिता का लोगो का जडज़ाइन होगा। ऊपरी पठरजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें “िसधु िै कुटुम्बकम”् जलखा होगा और जनचली पठरजध पर अग्रं ेिी म ें “ONE EARTH • ONE FAMILY • ONE FUTURE” जलखा होगा। िसू री अनसु चू ी (जनयम 5 िेख)ें अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक्क े का मूल्यिग ि मानक ििन संयोिन म ें मानक ििन म ें (1) (2) (3) (4) एक सौ रुपय े 35 ग्राम चांिी के जलए 1/500िां जहस्ट्सा की िृजि 1/100िां जहस्ट्सा िमा या घटा या कमी अथाित ् चांिी का अंि प्रजत अथाित् ििन 34.65 ग्राम स े 1000 म ें 498 स े 502 के बीच हो 35.35 ग्राम तक हो सकता ह।ै सकेगा। पचहत्तर रुपय े 35 ग्राम चांिी के जलए 1/500िां जहस्ट्सा की िृजि 1/100िां जहस्ट्सा िमा या घटा या कमी अथाित ् चांिी का अंि प्रजत अथाित् ििन 34.65 ग्राम स े 1000 म ें 498 स े 502 के बीच हो 35.35 ग्राम तक हो सकता ह।ै सकेगा। [फा. स.ं 02/19/2022-जसक्क ा] अपणाि भाठटया, सलाहकार MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economics Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th July, 2023 G.S.R. 533(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 read with clauses (a) and (b) of section 2 of the Coinage Act, 2011#(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coins on the Occasion of India’s G20 Presidency) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coins.- The coins of the following denominations shall only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of “India’s G20 Presidency”- (i) One hundred rupees; and (ii) Seventy-five rupees.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 3. Dimension and composition of coins.- The coins of the denominations referred to in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely:- Denomination Number of Shape and outside diameter Metal composition of the coins serrations (1) (2) (3) (4) Quaternary Alloy Circular Silver - 50 per cent.; One hundred rupees 44 millimeters 200 Copper - 40 per cent.; Nickel - 05 per cent.; and Zinc - 05 per cent. Quaternary Alloy Circular Silver - 50 per cent.; Seventy-five rupees 44 millimeters 200 Copper - 40 per cent.; Nickel - 05 per cent.; and Zinc - 05 per cent. 4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coins of the denominations referred to in rule 2, coined to commemorate the occasion of India’s G20 Presidency and the remedy allowed in making of such coins shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules. First Schedule (See rule 4) (i) ONE HUNDRED RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमिे ियत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹`” and denominational value “100” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the design of the logo of India’s G20 Presidency in the centre. The inscription ‘िसधु ैि कुटुम्बकम’् shall be written in Devnagari script on the upper periphery of the coin and the inscription “ONE EARTH • ONE FAMILY • ONE FUTURE” in English shall be written on lower periphery of the coin. (ii) SEVENTY FIVE RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमिे ियत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹`” and denominational value “75” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the design of the logo of India’s G20 Presidency in the centre.
