It is hereby notified for general information that keeping in view the operational requirements, Central Government has decided to revise the jurisdiction of Chakradharpur and Kharagpur Divisions of South Eastern Railway.

New Delhi, the 10th August, 2015
No. 2014/E&R/1 (3)/3.—It is hereby notified for general information that keeping in view
the operational requirements, Central Government has decided to revise the jurisdiction of
Chakradharpur and Kharagpur Divisions of South Eastern Railway.
The jurisdiction of Chakradharpur Division has been extended from the present Km. 245.220
to Km. 233.88, towards Rakha Mines station of Kharagpur division. The boundary between
Chakradharpur and Kharagpur Divisions of South Eastern Railway is accordingly shifted from
Km. 245.220 to Km. 233.88 towards Rakha Mines station.
The changes in the above jurisdiction will come into effect from 1st September, 2015.
