In exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971. The Director of Town
and Country Planning, Chennai Proceeding Roc. No. 5809/2013DPl, dated 21-05-2015 hereby confirms the following
variation to the approved Vaigundaperumal Koil Area Extension Detailed Development Plan Kancheepuram Local
Planning area, approved by the Commissioner of Town and Country planning in proceeding Roc. No. 535/2001/DPl,
dated:30-11-2003 and the fact of this approval in Form No.12 and Published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.11,
Part VI- Section-1, Page No.81 dated: 24-03-2004, in Publication No.VI(1)/94/2004 and the said draft notification was
published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.1, Part VI-Section-1, Page No.2, dated: 01-01-2014, Publication No.VI(1)/
1/2014.
2. Since no objections and suggestions have been received on this draft notification within the stipulated time, the
same are hereby confirmed and ordered as below.
CONFIRMATION OF VARIATION
1. The entire Vaigundaperumal Koil Area Extension Detailed Development Plan of Kancheepuram
Local Planning Area, approved by the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning in proceedings
Roc. No. 535/2001/DPl, Dated: 30-11-2003 is varied by Vaigundaperumal Koil Area Extension Detailed
Development Plan of Kancheepuram Local Planning Area.May 24, 2017] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 169
2. The plan thus varied is numbered as Map No. 5, DDP(V)/DTCP No. 24/2012 and,
3. The Detailed Development plan clauses and schedules annexed with this plan are made enforceable from
the date of publication of this notification in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

(Central Act 2 of 1974), the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai hereby authorizes the Fast Track Court at
Magisterial Level-I, Egmore at Allikulam Complex, Chennal-03, which was constituted in G.O.Ms.No.1320, Home (Cts-I)
Department, dated 11-09-2007, to exercise the jurisdiction over the local limits over which, the Metropolitan Magistrate
No.II, X, XIII was hitherto exercising jurisdiction in respect of Criminal cases arising under Section 138 of the Negotiable
Act, and all other Metropolitan Magistrates exercising jurisdiction within the said local limits shall cease to have
jurisdiction to deal with the cases arising under Section 138 of N.I Act with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

have jurisdiction to deal with the cases arising under Section 138 of N.I Act with effect from the date of publication of

Magistrate No. III, VII, VIII, XV & XVI was hitherto exercising jurisdiction in respect of Criminal cases arising under Section
138 of the Negotiable Act, and all other Metropolitan Magistrates exercising jurisdiction within the said local limits shall
cease to have jurisdiction to deal with the cases arising under Section 138 of N.I Act with effect from the date of

posted as judicial Magistrate, Tambaram as per the High Court’s Notification No.74/2017, dated 30-04-2017 and High
Court’s Official Memorandum in ROC No. 13/2017-Con.B2.
Thiru. N. Kothandaraj, X Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai, who has been posted as Vacation Officer for
1st turn from 01-05-2017 to 16-05-2017 and 2nd turn from 17-05-2017 to 31-05-2017 as per the Chief Judge’s order
dated 21-04-2017 is now posted as Registrar, Court of Small Causes, Chennai as per the High Court’s Notification
No.74/2017, dated 30-04-2017 and High Court’s Official Memorandum in ROC No. 13/2017-Con.B2.
Hence, In partial modification of the earlier order dt. 27.04.2015 of the Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai
the following Officers will be the Additional Vacation Judge and Vacation Officer.

Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms. No. 94, Housing and Urban
Development [UD4 (1)], Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
No. 27, Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the Master Plan for the
Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development
Department Notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette,
dated the 9th November 1994.
VARIATIONS
In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading “COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA”
other than (COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the sub-heading (a) Notified Detailed Development Plan Area
in No. 17(c) Vellalore Village.
(i) Against the entry “INDUSTRIAL” for the expression “535 the expression 535” (except 535/1, 2, 3A) shall be
substituted.
(iii) Against the entry “MIXED RESIDENTIAL” the expression “535/1, 2, 3A” shall be added after the entry 534.

Development [UD4 (1) Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
No. 27 Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the Master Plan for the
Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development
Department Notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette,
dated the 9th November 1994.
VARIATIONS
In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading “COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA”
other than (COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the sub heading (B) NON-Notified Detailed Development Plan
Area in Perianaickenpalayam Village.
(i) Against the entry “COMMERCIAL” for the expression “417” the expression 417” (except 417/1A6B, 1A8, 1A9)
Shall be substituted.
(ii) Against the entry “INDUSTRIAL” the expression “418” the expression 418 (except 418/1B)
(iii) Against the entry “PUBLIC & SEMI PUBLIC” for the expression 417/1A6B, 417/1A8, 417/1A9, 418/1B shall be
added after the entry 193 part.
