In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country
Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of Powers compared by the G.O. Ms. No.94, Housing
and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated: 12-6-2009, Which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette No.27, Part II-Section 2, page No.228, Dated 15-07-2009 of the following variation are made to the Hosur New
Town Development Plan approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department
Notification No. II(2)/HOU/2861/84 at page No. 447, of Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated
23rd May 1984.
VARIATIONS
In the said Hosur New Town Development Plan under the heading Educational use zone in Chennathur Village,
the expression of Survey Nos. 496/1, 492/2, 498, 502/1, 502/2, 503, 504, 505/1, 505/2, 506/1, 506/2, 506/3, 509/1A,
509/1B, 509/2, 510/1A, 510/1B, 510/2, 511/1, 511/2, 512/1, 512/2, 513, 514/1, 514/2, 514/3A, 514/3B, 515/1, 515/2,
516, 517/1, 521, 522, 523, 524/1, 524/2, 525, 543, 545/1A, 545/1B, 545/2 and Moranapalli Village Survey Nos.1/2,
8/2B with an extent of 92.04 Acres (37.25.70 Hectares) shall be added.
Under the heading General Industrial use zone in Chennathur Village the expression of Survey Nos. 496/1,
492/2, 498,502/1,502/2,503,504,505/1,505/2, and Agricultural use zone in Chennathur Village the expressions of Survey
Nos. 506/1, 506/2, 506/3, 509/1A, 509/1B, 509/2, 510/1A, 510/1B, 510/2, 511/1, 511/2, 512/1, 512/2, 513, 514/1,

Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Cuddalore Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers delegated to the Local Planning authority for Reclassification streamlining procedure
under Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section-2,
page 228, dated 15th July 2009 Member Secretary, Cuddalore Local Planning Authority hereby makes the following
variation under sub-Section (4) of Section 32 of Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972)
to the Master Plan of Cuddalore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published with the Housing
and Urban Development Department Notification No. II(2)/HOU/490/2006 at page 326 of Part II—Section 2 of the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 20th September 2006.
VARIATIONS
In the said Master Plan in Annexure I (b) Proposed Land use zoning.
(1) Under the heading Cuddalore Town III-(a) “CONTROLLED INDUSTRIAL USE ZONE”
(i) Under the sub-heading ward No.2 for the expression 1759 ( New T.S.No.2690, Block No.54, Ward No.2)
shall be substituted.
(ii) Under the heading Cuddalore Town I(b) “MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE”.
(i) Under sub heading ward No. 2 after the expression 1759 ( New T.S. No. 2690, Block No. 54, Ward No.2)
shall be inserted.

Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing
and Urban Development (UD4(1) Department, dated: 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, Page No.228, dated: 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the Master
Plan for the Pattukkottai Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban
Development Department notification Part II—Section 2 Page No. 252, dated: 19-7-2006 of the Tamil Nadu Government

VARIATIONS
In the said Master plan, in the “ LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading PATTUKKOTTAI LOCAL PLANNING
AREA under the commercial zone use to ‘’PUBLIC AND SEMI PUBLIC’’ use zone in Pattukkottai village of Pattukkottai
Local planning Area.
(i) Against the entry “commercial” for expression 86 L the expression 86 L (except 86L / 2pt) shall be
substituted .
(ii) Against the entry ‘’Public and Semi Public’’ the expression “86L/2pt” shall be added after the entry 26.

No. 105/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 13 and under Section 18 in respect of Chennai
Metropolitan area of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the
following 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Thoothukudi District, 5 Deputy Tahsildars in Krishnagiri District, 4 Tahsildars in Chennai
District, 8 Tahsildars in Kancheepuram District, 4 Tahsildars in Tiruvannamalai District and 8 Tahsildars in Tiruvallur
District, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers
upon them the ordinary powers conferrable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were
earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
