GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS Variation to the Approved Contonment Detailed Development Plan No. 2 of Tiruchirappalli Local Planning Area (Roc. No. 979/2011/DP2) No. VI(1)/365/2016. In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, The Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, Chennai Proceedings Roc. No. 979/2011/DP2, dated: 26-10-2016 hereby confirms the following variation to the Approved Contonment Detailed Development Plan No. 2 of Tiruchirappalli Local Planning Area Approved by DTCP’s Proceeding in Roc. No. 21272/98/DP3, dated: 24-12-1999 and fact of this approval in Form No. 12 and Published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 29 Part VI—Section 1 Page 293 & 294, dated: 26-07-2000 in Publication No.VI(1)/411/2000 and the said draft notification Published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.19, Part VI—Section 1 Page 226, dated: 25-05-2011 in Publication No. VI(1)/231/2011. Since an objections and suggestions have been received on this draft notification within the stipulated time which is accepted and incorporated and hence the same are hereby confirmed and ordered as below:— VARIATION 1. The entire Contonment Detailed Development Plan No. 2 of Tiruchirappalli Local Planning Area approved by DTCP’s Proceedings in Roc. No. 21272/98 DP3, dated: 24-12-1999 is varied by the Proceeding of the DTCP Chennai Roc.No. 979/2011 DP2, dated 26-10-2016 of Contonment Detailed Development Plan No. 2 of Tiruchirappalli Local Planning Area. 2.The Plan thus varied is numbered as “Map No. 5 DDP(V)/DTCP No.05/2016. 3.The Detailed Development Plan Clauses and Schedules annexed with this plan are made enforceable from the date of publication of this Notification in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development [UD 4(1)] Department, dated: 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page No.228, dated: 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the Master Plan for the Salem Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/233/2005 on Page 168 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 13th April 2005. VARIATIONS In the said Master Plan, In “PART – II, ANNEXURE - E” “USE ZONES - SALEM LOCAL PLANNING AREA” Panchayat Union, Salem Taluk under the Heading Ayyothiyapattanam Panchayat Union - V.No. 162. “MINNAMPALLI”. 1. Under the sub-heading “EDUCATIONAL USE” under the entries E-28, after the expression S.F.No.74pt, the expression S.F.No.160/7A, 160/11, 160/12B, 160/13, 160/14, 160/15, 160/16 shall be added. 2. Under the sub-heading “AGRICULTURAL USE” under the entries “AG-32” after the expression 160, the expression (except 160/7A, 160/11, 160/12B, 160/13, 160/14, 160/15, 160/16) shall be added. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development [(UD4(1)], Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 9th November 1994. VARIATIONS In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading “COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA (OTHER THAN CORPORATION AREA)” under the sub-heading (a) Notified Detailed Development Plan Area in Coimbatore Taluk, No. 72, Orathukuppai Village. (i) Against the entry “Agriculture” for the expression 58 to 66 the Expression 58 (except 58/1,2), 59 (except 59/2A, 2B), 61 (except 61/2) 62 to 66 shall be substituted. Vikranth Raja, I.A.S., (Probationer) Officer Trainee of 2015 Batch, to be the Special Judicial Magistrates in Puducherry District, for a period from 05-12-2016 to 16-12-2016 and confers upon him the ordinary powers conferrable under this Code on a Magistrate to try such cases which were triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
