(Act No. 35 of 1972) the Director of Town and Country Planning, in the proceeding Roc. No.27580/2022/DP/TCP-1,
Dt:07.02.2024 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for Deletion of 18.0m wide A-A Scheme Road
part and conversion of Public Purpose use into Residential use’ in R.S.No. 34/8, 34/9, 34/10 with an extent of 2.00
Acre (0.81.00 Hectare), Sirudhur Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai Corporation, Madurai District to the Approved
Sirudhur Detailed Development Plan No.IV of Madurai Local Planning Area by Director of Town and Country Planning,
Proceeding in Roc. No. 12607/1997/DP2, Dated: 16.11.1997 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 published
in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.20, Part VI—Section 1, Page No.697, dated:- 27.05.1998.
2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication
of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Assistant
Director / Member Secretary, Madurai District Town and Country Planning office / Madurai Local Planning Authority
any objection and suggestions relating thereto.
3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local
Planning Authority office.
Variation
1. Where the expression Sirudhur Detailed Development Plan No.IV, Map No.4, DDP (MR) / DTCP No. 10/1997,
occurs the expression of DDP (V)/DTCP No. 01/ 2024 shall be added at the end and to be read with.
2. Based on the Variation the details specified in Sirudhur Detailed Development Plan No.lV, 18.0m wide A·A
Scheme Road part and Public Purpose part shall be deleted or substituted accordingly.
3. The draft made enforceable from the date of publication of the confirmed variation notification to be
issued u/s 33(2) of the Act in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

No. 21/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (Central Act
2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 1 Tahsildar and 7 Deputy Tahsildars in Sivagangai District
(ii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruvallur District and (iii) 6 Deputy Tahsildars in Nagapattinam District as Special

Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby published the approval of the Government
under section 28 of the said Act for the New Town Development Plan for the Navalpattu New Town Development
Area in exercise of the powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.180, Housing and Urban Development Department dated
19.07.2006 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Part II—Section 2, Page No. 300 & 301
dated 06.09.2006 the following variations are made to the Navalpattu New Town Development Area for the Navalpattu
