GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS Variation to the Approved Master Plan of the Madurai Local Planning Area. (ந.க. எண்.1838/2021/மதி.2) No. VI(1)/412/2023. In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the approved Master Plan of the Madurai Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O.Ms. No.122 Housing and Urban Development UD4, Department dated 06.02.1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.7, Part II—Section 2, Page 190-191 dated 22.02.1995. Variation In the said Master Plan in Part II "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Kulamangalam Bit-I Village, Kulamangalam Panchayat, Madurai West Panchayat Union, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District under the heading 'VI' Agricultural use zone to 'I' Residential use zone the following entries should be made. Against the entry 'VI' Agricultural use zone S.F.Nos. 66/1, 66/2, 66/3A, 66/3B, 66/4, 66/5A, 66/5B, 66/5C, 66/6, 66/7, 66/8B, 72/2A, 72/5B, 73/8A & 73/8B shall be deleted. Against the entry 'I 'Residential use zone. S.F.Nos. 66/1, 66/2, 66/3A, 66/3B, 66/4, 66/5A, 66/5B, 66/5C, 66/6, 66/7, 66/8B, 72/2A, 72/5B, 73/8A & 73/8B shall be added. In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone is ordered vide G.O. (2D) No. 55, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1)] Department dated: 16.03.2023. In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O. (Ms) No. 102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L. Re-1)] Department dated 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority which was Review approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No 237, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated: 01.11.2010 and in Notification No.II(2)HOU/700/2010 at page No. 815, of Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated: 24.11.2010. Variation In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Kadapparai Village at Page Nos. 101 with regard to S.F.No : 32/5C2 the following entries should be made; 1. Under the sub-heading Use Zone, in the S.F. Nos. against the entry Residential the expression 32/5C2 shall be inserted before 41. 2. Under the sub-heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Agriculture, the expression “31 to 33“ shall be deleted and the expression “31, All Sub-divisions of “32 except 32/5C2” and 33 shall be substituted. Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, dated:15.07.2009. Land use zone conversion from AGRICULTURAL use zone into RESIDENTIAL use zone ordered in G.O. (2D) No.102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated :15.06.2023 subject to the condition the following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area unde the said Act and published in the G.O. Variation In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area; under heading in Coimbatore Master Plan, Annur Taluk, Athipalayam Panchayat, Agraharasamakulam Village No. 07, Page No. 313, S.F.No. 504/2, 505/1B, 505/2 the following entries should be made. Under the heading "Residential" use zone for the expression S.F.No. 504/2, 505/1B, 505/2 shall be added before the entry S.F.No.445 to 456. No. 152/2023.—In exercise of powers conferred under Section 13 of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Thoothukudi District (ii) 5 Deputy Tahsildars in Ranipet District (iii) 4 Deputy Tahsildars in Mayiladuthurai District as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
