This ensures the efficiency and fairness of the court system and aligns case management with defined responsibilities.
* Law Enforcement Agencies: Law enforcement agencies must adhere to the newly defined jurisdictional limits when filing cases and conducting investigations within the District Courts of Tirunelveli and Tenkasi to ensure legal compliance.
* General Public: The public will be affected as the updated jurisdiction limits of the courts will determine where their cases are heard.
**Action Required**
* District Judges must ensure that the new jurisdictional limits are implemented from the date the District Judge, Tenkasi, assumes charge.
* Judicial Officers must align case allocation and management practices with the new jurisdictional limits.
