are made to the Master Plan for the Kurichi New Town Development Planning approved under the said Act and

VARIATION
In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading “Kurichi New Town Development Plan
under the sub-heading (a) Chapter VIII, under Land use schedule.
1. Under the sub-heading "General Industrial use zone" in Annexure VIII, against the entry No. 67. Seerapalayam
Village, for the expression " SF Nos. 491 to 497, 498 pt., SF No. 496/1A, 497/1 and 498/2B1B with an extent of
(1.15.51 hectares) 2.85 ½ acres shall be deleted and for the remaining part of SF No. 491 to 496 pt., 497 pt and 498
pt the existing land use in the approved Kurichi New Town Development Plan is in force.
2. Under the sub-heading "Educational use zone " in Annexure IX, against the entry No. 67. Seerapalayam
Village and Panchayat for the expression SF No. 496/1A, 497/1 and 498/2B1B with an extent of (1.15.51 hectares)
2.85 ½ acres shall be added.
