Dattaram, Proprietor Reliable Paper Industries, having its Office at No. 20, Thakkar Industrial Estate, Unit No. 6, 3rd Floor, Champsi Bhimji Road, Mazgaon, Mumbai-400 010, a creditor and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court on the 28th day of November 2016. Any creditor, contributory or other person desire of supporting or opposing the making of an order on the said petition should send to the Petitioner or their Advocates notice of his intention signed by him of his Advocate, with his name and address, so as to reach the Petitioner of their Advocates not later than five days before the date fixed for hearing of the Petition, and appear at the hearing for the purpose in person or by his Advocate.
