In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section(1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act, 1971,
(Act No. 35 of 1972) the Director of Town and Country Planning in the Proceedings ROC No. 19269/2022/TCP-12, dated
05-03-2023 Proposes to makes the following individul draft variation for Converson of Agriculture use into Residential use in
T.S.Nos. 1731/2, 1737/2A, 1738 in Extent= 3965.00 Sq.m. approved Thanjavur Detailed Development Plan No. 10, Thanjavur
Corporation ward-1 Block-49, Thanjavur District.
The Proposed part of EE 50'0" wide Scheme road in the applicant site to the handed over to the corporation. Approved
Thanjavur Detailed Development Plan No. 10 Thanjavur Local Planning Area, Director of Town and Country Planning Proceedings
Roc. No.1107/1998/DP3, dated 16-06-1998 and the fact this approval in form No. 12 published in Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette No. 46, Part VI—Section 1, page No. 1792 & 1793, dated 02-12-1998.
2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this
notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary,
Thanjavur Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.
3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning
Authority Office.

In the said Master Plan in Part II “LAND USE SCHEDULE” in paravai bit-2 Village of Madurai North Taluk and
Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to I Residential use zone the following entries Should be Made.
Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone paravai bit-2 Village S.F.No.317/6, (UDR.S.F.No. 90/6), 317/7
(UDR.SF No. 90/7) 317/8 (UDR.SF.No. 90/8) 317/9(UDR.SF.No. 90/9), shall be deleted.
Against the entry ‘I ‘Residential use zone paravai bit-2 Village. S.F.No. 317/6, (UDR.S.F.No. 90/6),
317/7(UDR.SF.No. 90/7) 317/8(UDR.SF.No.90/8) 317/9 (UDR.S.F.No. 90/9), shall be added.

In the Review Approved Master Plan under the heading permitted Land Use in various survey numbers of Kumbakonam
Local Planning Area under heading in village Pandaravadai Perumandi Page S-66 in S.F.No 21 the following entries should be
made.
1. Against the entry of “Agriculture use zone (AGW -8)” for the expressions S.F.No 21(expect 21/3A)shall be Substituted.
2. Against the entry of “Commercial use zone”, the expression S.F.No. 21/3A shall be added after S.F.No.20pt (C-7)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 2 of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of the powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban
Development Dcpartment [UD 4 (1)] dated 12.6.2009, which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
No. 27, Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228 dated 15.7.2009 the following variations are made to the Review Master Plan for the
Tiruchirappalli Local Planning area approved under the said act apublished in the Housing and Urban Development Department
Notification No.II(2)/HOU/453/2009 at Page No. 319 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated
2nd September 2009.

In the said Master Plan in the ‘LAND USE SCHEDULE’ under the heading Srirangam Ward -I, Block-25, Mellur Village,
Srirangam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District
i. against the entry the expression under Residential use (MR), T.S.No. 929/6,10, 12 shall be added
ii. against the entry for the expression under Agriculture Zone (AG), the following shall be substituted;
