In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, Chennai hereby confirms the following variation in R.S. No. 427-3pt, 428B-1B, 428B-2C, 431B-2 for the conversion of Residential use (Building permitted Area after obtaining the prior permission from Railway Authorities) into Commercial use in Sanctioned High Ground Area Town Planning Scheme, Tirunelveli Local Planning Area.
