Acquisition of Lands
Notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001
(LA-V2/5918586/2023)
No. VI(1)/1/2024.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be
acquired for the “Upgrading Sadras to Chengalpattu Road (SH-58) Km.0/000 to KM.26/800” in Meiyur, Neikuppi,
Nenmeli & Keezhavedu Villages, Thirukkazhukundram Taluk of Chengalpattu District and it having already been
decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and
managed by the Divisional Engineer, Highways, Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project - II, Kancheepuram. The following
notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)
NOTICE
Under sub–section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)
the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring for an extent
of 4 villages 0.2346 Sq.mtrs of R.Manai, Dry & Wet lands to the same a little more or less needed for the
“Upgrading Sadras to Chengalpattu Road (SH-58) Km.0/000 to KM. 26 / 800 ” in Meiyur, Neikuppi, Nenmeli
& Keezhavedu Villages, Thirukkazhukundram Taluk of Chengalpattu District. The plan of the lands are kept in the

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired
for industrial purposes, to wit to for formation of “Corridor–04, 27- Karayanchavadi Metro Station”and it having
already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the
lands managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the
Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,1997(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule
below and measuring 482 Sq.mtr., (or) 5188.248Sq.ft., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes,

1. The Subordinate Civil Courts in the State of Tamil Nadu are required to observe the following periods of
adjournments in respect of the Vacation and Holidays for the year 2024.

2. The Holidays for all the Subordinate Courts in the State of Tamil Nadu for the year 2024 are as follows:-
(a) All Sundays are Holidays for all the Subordinates Courts including Family Courts functioning in the
State of Tamil Nadu.
(b) The following 10 Saturdays are working days for all the Subordinate Courts including Family Courts
functioning, in the State of Tamil Nadu.
16-01-2024, 03-02-2024, 02-03-2024, 06-04-2024, 15-06-2024, 06-07-2024, 03-08-2024, 21-09-2024,
16-11-2024 and 07-12-2024.
(c) Except the above Saturdays, all other Saturdays are holidays for all the Subordinate Courts, except
Family Courts.
(d) All the Family Court functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu shall also work on 1st and 3rd Saturdays
of every month except those Saturdays which are declared as Public Holidays. All other Saturdays are

Memorandum in R.O.C. No. 95111-A/2023/C3, dated 08-12-2023.
No Plaints or Petitions except applications for grant of copies and for service of processes will be received
by the above courts during the summer vacation, 2024.
The Copyist and Process Service Establishment will be kept open throughout the Summer Vacation,
Dussehra holidays and Christmas holidays 2024.
The Offices' of the other sections will remain closed and arrangements will however be made in respect
of the following items.
1. For transmitting records in Appeal to the High Court, Madras.
2. For all administrative correspondence.
3. For furnishing necessary records to the Copyist and Process Service Establishment for preparation
of copies and for preparation of process respectively.
Urgent applications for bail during Summer Vacation 2024 will be heard by the Vacation Judge, appointed by
High Court, Madras.

1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby fixes Elumathur Village in Modakurichi Taluk at Erode District as the place
at which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Elumathur Village in Modakurichi Taluk, shall be located.

cease to have local jurisdiction over the entire Modakurichi Taluk and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court,
Elumathur Village in Modakurichi Taluk shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Taluk of Modakurichi
with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Elumathur Village in Modakurichi Taluk
